Have a look at Jon Gabriel’s ideas and set up It has been established that what he says is fact about body systems acting to return to past weight after even well-run healthy diets. He was a great example of lost weight himself, and brought his tertiary training into use when planning it. He’s just over in Oz and runs workshops etc. Let’s keep in touch with them, we may find that they stack up better than our once proud little nation. How sad for the retailers. Don’t they know we are all on edge these days. The system is run to keep us on edge, it’s called ‘disruption’ and the business gurus have decided that it keeps us on our toes and stimulates demand in all sorts of ways. It was noticed in Covid 19 with a hefty ton of resentment because the people who were poorest got little help and big businesses, really big ones, got good help plus a backrub.

A long wait. But it is marking the failing of a commercial operation with deaths at the end. Recently there was the mini-sub lost on a Titanic dive and the Malaysian flight lost at sea. At least a lot of careful time was put into seeking and conserving the Erebus bodies for burial.
Sharp business directors and/or politicians shouldn’t play around with vital information relating to instrumentation and/or navigation plans. That was worse than getting a paring ticket by a politician. The people were flying because they could afford the trip to a pristine environment. Probably on their Santa’s bucket-list. That doesn’t mean we should have to salute their loss as if Anzac Day. My father has a cross and is buried in France; he went overseas to serve his country – a place to respect in WW2. So to heck with an expensive memorial that just shows the nation as vacant internally; spend the money on providing updated equipment for flights to the Chathams, or other needy neighbouring Pacific Islands. What about Tasmania – it would advance our sister/brother state relationship more regularly for mutual benefit.
