Only South Africa had the mana to take Israel to the UNs Highest Court for Genocide

The IDF shoot people with white flags and yesterday dressed up as Drs and women to kill a sleeping patient in a hospital, but sure, unproven allegations about a dozen staff inside a UN agency with 13000 is the true problem here!

The recent ruling by the UN International court of justice against Israel on charges of Genocide are the true issue here, not allegations about a dozen staff members inside the UNRWA!

To pretend the two are on par is a pure manipulation.

One issue is a criminal investigation into individuals who helped Hamas on October the 7th, the other issue is a State accused of war crimes FFS!

They. Are. NOT. Comparable!

Israel is being held accountable for their ethnic cleansing war crime and the only country with the mana to do this was South Africa.

Nelson Mandela made the issue of Palestine under Israeli occupation a core tenant of faith in battling oppression.

Nelson understood the similarity in Oppression between the Apartheid Regime in South Africa and the race based Zionist extremism of the Israeli State.

He bonded himself to their struggle because he understood what race based Oppression leads to.

He understood what occupation did to those who were occupied.

His leadership and courage to call Israel out gave South Africa the honour to stand for his legacy.

Yes, South Africa has intense internal corruption issues. Yes, South Africa has terrible crime issues and yes, South Africa is still struggling with the ramifications of inequality generated by Apartheid, but they had the courage to stand against Israel’s ethnic cleansing war crime when the West were pathetically offering nothing more than semantics for Israel’s  disproportionate violence.

Thank you South Africa for showing moral leadership when the West refused to.

  1. Application of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide in the Gaza Strip (South Africa v. Israel)https://www.icj-cij.org/case/192

  2. Indeed. And as Nelson Mandela’s grandson Mandla Mandela has pointed out, the genocidal zionist regime is far worse than the apartheid system that he himself grew up under.

While there certainly were some very evil men in the South African regime, ‘israel’ is a ‘nation’ of 7 million Eugene de Kocks, who take perverse pleasure in slaughtering anyone who refuses to live as their slaves. One can simply look at the recent polls where 72% of ‘israelis’ supported their continued blocking of medicine and food to Gaza. That figure is artificially depressed by including the third class 1948 Palestinians (so-called ‘israeli Arabs’), who obviously oppose the zionist murder of their compatriots in the Gaza concentration camp.

This ‘nation’ is one where Baruch Goldstein- the original mosque mass-murderer, the guy who inspired Brenton Tarrant’s crime- is widely supported and the minister responsible for enforcing apartheid against the Palestinians of the west has an icon of him in his home. Whatever one can say about David Seymour, I don’t think even he would go so far as to venerate someone who murdered 29 peaceful worshippers and wounded hundreds more.

    • Goldstein widely supported? Was there cheering in the streets and sweets handed out to children after his attack?

      • Poverty hits different as nations get wealthier. In South Africa they are afflicted illnesses of deprevation the lack of advanced medicine and finance and corruption but in the west we are afflicted by inlesses of affluence and over abundance yknow heart disease, obesity and also corruption. But oh no advanced medicines and moral stances is to good for South Africa.

        • What has that to do with Islamofascists cheering in the streets and handing out sweets after every terrorist attack against Israelis?

  3. The EU is one of the most shameful of the “look the other way” reactions from Western Govt.s and organisations. They have the resources to fly and ship in aid to Gaza today.

The Israeli butchers latest trick apparently is to flood alleged tunnels under Gaza with sea water–thereby likely wrecking the small fresh water aquifers under the territory. They want to exterminate Palestinians! And much of the world with the power to stop it is not going to do so.

Boycott Hard. Hit the Zionists were it hurts.

    • “And much of the world with the power to stop it is not going to do so.”

This, to me, is the most important point here. Why does what assume is good, fail to act accordingly in the face of bad!

  4. People who cite Nelson Mandela’s support of the national rights of the Palestinian people, which was indeed unwavering, usually fail to mention that he was no Israelophobe. He visited Israel in 1999, where, among other things, he accepted an honorary doctorate from Ben Gurion University. In a 1993 speech he said “We insist on the right of the state of Israel to exist within secure borders, but with equal vigour, support the Palestinian right to national self-determination”.

Further on the South African connection. Apologists for Hamas often compare its attacks on “apartheid Israel” (a phrase Mandela, who knew something about apartheid, never used) with the ANC-led struggle against the apartheid regime in South Africa. Eitay Mack is an Israeli human rights lawyer who has represented West Bank Palestinians in Israeli courts trying to get redress for abuse at the hands of Israeli security forces, and who at one stage attempted to bring legal proceedings against members of Israeli governments of the 1970s and 1980s who collaborated with apartheid South Africa. Here is what he had to say about this current war begun by Hamas in a recent Haaretz article:

“Their war should be seen as unjust and illegal by international law, even by those who agree Palestinians have the right to armed struggle. That’s because the goal of the Palestinian jihadist armed organisations is not to end the Israeli apartheid regime in the occupied Palestinian territories and fight for equality, like the ANC did in South Africa, but to destroy Israel and establish an Islamic theocratic dictatorship…Their means are also unjust and illegal. Unlike the ANC which did not have a policy of harming civilians and its leadership worked to prevent it, the main targets of the Palestinian Jihadist armed organisations have always been civilians, and their masterplan as outlined in documents like the Hamas charter is to commit genocide “between the Jordan river and the sea” against the Jewish and non-Jewish civilians who live there, who they consider traitors and collaborators”.

    • Nelson Mandela might not have called Israel an apartheid state but Hendrik Verwoerd, one of the architects of apartheid certainly did (approvingly of course), and the State of Israel had a very close military and diplomatic alliance with apartheid era South Africa.
Having said that, there are differences between the State of Israel and apartheid South Africa. The minority apartheid regime hoped to rule over and exploit a black majority in perpetuity. The State of South Africa wants to completely expel its rather large Arab minority from the territories which Israel covets. Thai and Filipino and other transient migrant labourers will then be used to work the land from which the Arabs have been dispossessed. So if all goes to plan, Israel will end up as a state more like New Zealand than apartheid South Africa.

  5. The video of the Israeli gunmen in the hospital looks exactly like a US school or mall shooting, truly horrific. New Zealand must continue it’s fight against this terrorism, condemn these violent acts and use diplomatic, intelligence and legal channels to bring the perpetrators to justice.

  6. Mana my arse. South Africa is a violent, corrupt, racist and soon to be failed state that is an Iranian proxy acting for Hamas.

  7. A massacre 95 years ago makes genocide now ok?

After 2000 years Israelites can return to Palestine and take the land.

Maori can return to Hawaiki or Asia and take the land.

Native Americans can return to Siberia and take the land.

Gypsies can return to India and the take land.

Potatoe famine Irish Americans can return to Ireland and the take land.

    What madness
