…..there are fears the cause of death for many will now be due to the humanitarian disaster hitting the population – with malnutrition, respiratory and gastro illness running rampant, and the cold weather settling in….

…..- children are now at risk of dying from the humanitarian crisis as well as from the bombs and the bullets. Those deaths are entirely preventable….

…..Basically, we need an end to the fighting.

So why are we not getting it?

Why are our politicians not demanding it?

New Zealand sent a top team of lawyers to the Hague to add our voice to the countries demanding, yes demanding that the World Court order Russia to end their aggression against Ukraine. Why are we not doing the same now for Gaza?

If our political leaders don’t think this is a genocide, then they wouldn’t recognise a genocide even if was happening right before them. This has to be a worry for all of us.

Leading New Zealanders call on the government to support South Africa’s application to the World Court in the Hague for an interim order for an immediate humanitarian ceasefire.

To Prime Minister Christopher Luxon and Foreign Affairs Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Winston Peters;
If you either of you two men have, have ever wondered what you would have done during the Holocaust. You don’t need to wonder any more, because you are doing it now.

    It is a worry. When our politicians can turn a blind eye to genocide, clearly in service to US interests, then what may they be capable of doing to us, depending on whom is pulling their strings, come the time!.
