The Editor doesn’t moderate this blog, 3 volunteers do, they are very lenient to provide you a free speech space but if it’s just deranged abuse or putting words in bloggers mouths to have a pointless argument, we don’t bother publishing.
EDITORS NOTE: – By the way, here’s a list of shit that will get your comment dumped. Sexist language, homophobic language, racist language, anti-muslim hate, transphobic language, Chemtrails, 9/11 truthers, Qanon lunacy, climate deniers, anti-fluoride fanatics, anti-vaxxer lunatics, 5G conspiracy theories, the virus is a bioweapon, some weird bullshit about the UN taking over the world and ANYONE that links to fucking infowar.

We are lorst, lorst in NZ buffeted by hellish weather – in parts but not where I am I say smugly. But that’s not all, we are prey to circling capitalist predators.
Latest is Brit smart-wit Noel Edmonds who has had a windfall, and it wasn’t a tree on his superfragilistic vehicle. He came, he saw, he liked, and he and his mates are buying the company (a Freudian slip). See Saturday’s stuff in two episodes, big news and satisfactory for the local school that he is unbending to assist – incurred expenditure to do so, also is into shaming anyone in the area who is not keeping their property in pristine condition. Sort of like a Brit lord lording over the tenants on his estate. Seems promising for those wanting more business and profits in the area; will make the property values rise!!
Made his big moolah from media work like John Hawkesby on Waiheke Island. The solid working citizen hasn’t a chance against quick witted, glossy, popular self-promoters, and the unemployed even less as those who don’t live and move in the fast-moving magicland of finance and sumptuous ideas are losers, unworthy, not amounting to anything much. The shiny ones are then naturals for political places or leadership on business trends for the country; applies to most countries with democracies too I think..
So I am coming up with a new idea of where we will draw our politicians. If Mr Bradbury and co will indulge me, I will unroll it over the next few weeks with ideas; comments will not be disdained whatever they are. But presently I am busy keeping up with everyday and trying to stay sane and positively rational in my thinking – sweet and sour sauce goes with my favourite dish, but I have to watch the taste is in balance.
