Hipkins accuses opponents of ‘race baiting’, Luxon calls him ‘desperate’
Labour leader Chris Hipkins has accused National, ACT and New Zealand First of ‘race baiting’ while on the campaign trail in Northland today.
Here is the quote from the NZ First Candidate…
“Cry if you want to, we don’t care. We are the party with the cultural mandate and the courage to cut out your disease and bury you permanently.”

…Luxon was very clear from the Paddy Gower Debate that he would prefer to working with racists than allow Labour, the Greens or MAORI PARTY form a Government!
Let that sink in.
Of course National will do a deal with NZFirst despite such deplorable race baiting from NZ First, because National AND ACT have built their entire campaign on using Māori as punching bag this election!
Let’s be very, very, very clear!
National will throw thousands out of state homes with no where for them to go, while cutting 14 000 public service jobs while cutting 140 000 off welfare with sanctions while using māori as a political punching bag!
If this is honestly your political preference, then YOU are the problem!
The political Right and their proxies have whipped up levels of racism in this election not seen for decades, pretending they are not is as disingenuous as Luxon claiming he didn’t know Winston during the devastating Paddy Gower debate.

Could start by looking in the mirror
Luxon calls Hipkins ‘desperate’ whilst in the same breath he says he will work with ‘Winston’ (even though he claims not to know him) just to change the government! and people still think he is credible. You couldn’t make this hypocrisy up, truely unbelievable.
GOWER: Have got Winston’s phone number?
LUXON: Wilson, William, Williamson, Wilton – no sorry I don’t know any Winston.

bus, and made lewd remarks towards Nicola, before running down the aisle throwing a bucket of
human excrement at passengers, and then spraypainting graffiti on the outside?
LUXON: Well it’s election time, and boys will be boys.
GOWER: Excrement Mr Luxon?
LUXON: I’m sorry, this interview is over, I’m supposed to be in Te Puke right now, so if you’ll excuse

GOWER: This isn’t an interview Mr Luxon, it’s the second political leaders debate, and you still have an
hour to go.
LUXON: In that case then, I’d like to just take a moment to thank my parents,
Mike Hosking and John Key, I mean Mum and Dad, for helping me get to where I am today…
Labour has been able to change little in 6 years and they have the entire state apparatus at their disposal. For the right sector to expect those at the bottom to suddenly change their lives with no political power, no networks, no skills, no work history, no assets, no savings, no house, no car, no clothes, no diet and no health is beyond ridiculous. The 90s called and they want their policies back Lux.
Luxon has not been I parliament with Winston so while we all know Winston as a celebrity politician Luxon my not have spent time with him to get to know him as a person.
Labour has divided this country with the race card more than most parties have over the years.
So what you’re saying is Luxon is too inexperienced to deal with Winston, let alone be PM
At least Luxton and Winston are on the same page wanting to sort out the Gangs here in NZ, unfortunately i have heard all this rhetoric b4. Nothing is ever addressed and the Gangs and Organised Crime digs deeper and deeper into NZ Society.

That’s the Nact agenda. Nicola Willis knows it’s not an agenda supported by Winston. Winston’s handbrake is Nicola’s nightmare.
