Announce protest actions, general chit chat or give your opinion on issues we haven’t covered for the day.

The Editor doesn’t moderate this blog,  3 volunteers do, they are very lenient to provide you a free speech space but if it’s just deranged abuse or putting words in bloggers mouths to have a pointless argument, we don’t bother publishing.

EDITORS NOTE: – By the way, here’s a list of shit that will get your comment dumped. Sexist language, homophobic language, racist language, anti-muslim hate, transphobic language, Chemtrails, 9/11 truthers, Qanon lunacy, climate deniers, anti-fluoride fanatics, anti-vaxxer lunatics, 5G conspiracy theories, the virus is a bioweapon, some weird bullshit about the UN taking over the world  and ANYONE that links to fucking infowar.

  1. Bit by bite NZ deteriorates – we see how unsatisfactory things are, yes. But knowing they would be better from positive action by government leads to depression and futility feelings because gummint has found a free pass from jail card in passing responsibilities to private business while taxpayers both pay more and get a poorer lifestyle. That isn’t efficiency it is a rort noticed by those on lower incomes.

Good government allowing upward social mobility is determinedly lacking. Things would change over a decade as decent living conditions and respect for citizens and their needs by the style setting powers was put to the foremost. But no, and we go down….

“The roaming comes down to irresponsible dog ownership. No one should be allowing their dog to freely roam, they get into all sorts of trouble when they’re out – whether they are attacking stock, cats, hit by cars, attacking somebody else’s dog or potentially getting attacked themselves.”

The cost-of-living crisis “definitely” had a flow-on effect of people not getting their dogs desexed and/or registered, Waitoa said – and there was also a shortage of vets in the city.

Can you believe anything you see or hear?

    Does anything have integrity?
Peter Cook and Dudley Moore played with this concept in The Music Teacher.

Peter C – An aggressive self-made man remarks that he respects integrity, and is willing to pay to get it.

  3. If a citizen gives up on gummint and on the expressed beliefs of gummint,’s concern for its supposed job, which many citizens have found to be unreliable if not out and out false, then what is to stop those disaffected citizens from desiring to usurp gummint completely? Chopping down trees and setting up illegal camp sites etc.

Government should be ensuring efficiency if they don’t intend to care about the population of humans in their country. This is not efficient for local growers who should be able to feed 5 million people here in NZ, though not all of them are fully accepted as citizens and treated as such, and are not being paid as workers, but who need to eat.

Can we straighten up this bent society that has developed? Perhaps it is the earthquakes, landslips and water. problems that have exposed our roots and twisted or thrust us out of shape!! Waka Kotahi (Mini-Dept of Transport) doesn’t send me into a transport of delight, quite the obvious. They turn on outside performances showing their prowess, but the administration charges are too high for the audience!

Maori might think of withdrawing from government the right to misuse their language for giving spurious merit to government, but Maori will know to watch our for pakeha political traps. They may have been skilled with kereru in the old days, but these ravens in power are flighty. More than kea perhaps?
