Announce protest actions, general chit chat or give your opinion on issues we haven’t covered for the day.

The Editor doesn’t moderate this blog,  3 volunteers do, they are very lenient to provide you a free speech space but if it’s just deranged abuse or putting words in bloggers mouths to have a pointless argument, we don’t bother publishing.

EDITORS NOTE: – By the way, here’s a list of shit that will get your comment dumped. Sexist language, homophobic language, racist language, anti-muslim hate, transphobic language, Chemtrails, 9/11 truthers, Qanon lunacy, climate deniers, anti-fluoride fanatics, anti-vaxxer lunatics, 5G conspiracy theories, the virus is a bioweapon, some weird bullshit about the UN taking over the world  and ANYONE that links to fucking infowar.

  1. Thanks Chairman good to get wide informed views which I suppose these will be.
I will have to watch later.
Away for some days so will miss my TDB fix.

  2. This will be interesting. Will Keiran McAnulty do what’s required and give support to the duly elected Mayor.
Or will he cave to the old guard and their senses of entitlement.
Or the mid road: A Commissioner, and an on yer bike for the council CEO/Town Jerk, and new elections on 14th October alongside the general.
Inertia is the comfy position (in this space, going forward).
Or maybe the best thing we can hope for is a few heart attacks and strokes among those feeding at the trough.

  3. This week’s cry babies

    – The Gisborne District Council, crying slash deniers who took issue with the Cyclone Gabrielle report.
    – Auckland homeowners, who after the latest one-day state of emergency up there are crying that they bought an overpriced low-lying drainage ditch of a house and want some sympathy.
    – PM Hipkins, outraged and crying after his coalition partners suggested they wanted to improve society with change.
    – The ACT Party, crying about the privacy of the unemployed, crying about people criticizing negligent schools, crying about gun registers and constantly crying about those on the take when they are drawing down GIGANTIC benefits as unemployed politicians.
