Jacinda’s world wide tour of diplomacy has been an enormous success, we should be proud of our Prime Minister and all the influence she has gained for NZ.

Did you ever consider why the housing waiting list is larger now? Key was selling state houses so no rational person would bother to apply for a decreasing number of houses, the current government has been building houses so desperate people see some slim hope of a better housing future so apply.

I am on record of saying National made a piss poor job of looking after health .I can never understand why any political party does not send on education and health as the opposition cannot complain and there would be few votes lost.
I did ask a Philippine nurse who looked after me did their government mind losing them and she said they are trained so they get jobs overseas and send money home .The young men at taught construction skills for the same idea. We could do the same with a better education system.

Actually Shona the UK FTA did cover meat and dairy. Welsh farmers are irate about this but because they voted for Brexit, they have no CAP anymore! The EU deal did not cover meat and dairy due to the French and Polish lobby.
