This is not good…

Worshippers at the Al Noor mosque photographed in terror threat

Worshippers at the Al Noor mosque in Christchurch were photographed in an apparent terror threat, two weeks before the first anniversary of the March 15 attack in which 51 worshippers were gunned down.

The threat was issued on Sunday night on an encrypted messaging app, accompanied by a photo of a masked man sitting in a car outside the mosque.

A police spokeswoman has confirmed an investigation into the threat is underway.

Christchurch’s Al Noor was one of two mosques targeted in a racially motivated mass-shooting on March 15, 2019. The alleged terrorist, an Australian national, awaits a trial due to begin in June.

…to have taken the photo outside the mosque clearly shows the individual has access in the city. It is interesting to note the threat was made in English and Russian…

Russian man found dead after Christchurch police standoff was ‘intimidating and cold’

A former Russian soldier and Nazi fanatic who died in a suspected suicide during a standoff with police had a history of firearms offences with imitation guns.

Troy Dubovskiy, 54, who his family said once served in the Russian army, died early Wednesday morning during a three-hour standoff with police after officers searched his Christchurch home on Tuesday.

Dubovskiy, also known as Artemiy Dubovsky, appeared in court in New Zealand several times in his mid 30s for various firearms offences. In one incident he was found in black commando-style overalls and boots with a wig and black leather gloves.

…let’s hope the SIS and Police Intelligence Unit have learnt to track white supremacists.

Another attack on March 15th would be an atrocious failure of intelligence.

  1. We’re okay at gathering intelligence, and okay at analyzing intelligence, but the response times needs a lot of work.

By way of example we have a blog using all open source information (and non of the cool shit spy’s can do), we have a discerption, a location, a basic time line that makes him look dodgy as fuck. But still the cops just kind of accidentally trip and fall over a potential terrorist during a routine call out. It’s just that none of these supposed intellegience officers are getting that funny feeling something is wrong.

  2. absolute w…..s and law breakers , wish they’d f..k off back to where ever it is they came from.
once tarrant is convicted , in my view should be made an example out of , given the death penalty , to end-it-all.

    • I disagree, I think we should trot him out, once a year, and let him have a little spiel on the TV, so we can hear his sad, delusional, and pathetic views. So for five minutes every year, we can see the mediocrity of ignorance and hatred. I think it will make us a better and kinder nation.

    • Hemi: “…given the death penalty…”

We don’t now have the death penalty in NZ. For any crime.

    • No Hemi we can’t do that it’s too quick far better to let him stay in prison. Perhaps they can do what they do to our Maori prisoners (little wonder they join gangs) put him in with the mongrel mob or better still the black power.

  3. “It is interesting to note the threat was made in English and Russian.”

    No. It wasn’t.

    “Troy Dubovskiy…”

    Not a Russian name.

In any event, it couldn’t have been him, whatever the language is: he’s long dead.

This has nothing whatever to do with Russia. Dumb reporters who wouldn’t recognise the Russian language if they fell over it.
