Auckland Disability Law (ADL) sees the impact housing issues have on disabled people and their families. Common issues we see include problems with renting, in both the private rental market and social housing setting, and getting housing modifications.
The Donald Beasley Institute is inviting you to take part in a study about disabled people’s experiences of housing in New Zealand. This study is an opportunity to share what you think about where you live, and what type of house you would like in the future.

If you want to participate in the study, this is what you need to do.
1. Read through the Project Information Sheet on the Housing in New Zealand: My Experiences, My Rights webpage
2. Complete a Participant Interest Form on the Housing in New Zealand: My Experiences, My Rights webpage.
3. Follow the instructions to send your completed Participant Interest Form to the Donald Beasley Institute by 5pm on Monday 20 May 2019.
4. Wait for someone from the Donald Beasley Institute to contact you about the research.
