Our Prime Minister is once again dazzling on the International stage. Here she is on the front page of the Times talking about New Zealand’s commitment to the politics of kindness at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Our first year has been spent gaining perspective of the enormity of the decade of underfunding we inherited, but by demanding wider measures of prosperity than simply economic growth, we are determined to live up to the promises and vision Jacinda has led with.

While there is much work to be done, hope and the courage to implement real change is embodied by her leadership.

  1. She’s on the front page of Times2, not The Times. That’s the equivalent of a Canvas magazine feature in the NZ Herald. Don’t oversell it…

  2. Just last week Jacinda spoke of our and European concerns about climate change.

Apart from the ban on any further oil prospecting in NZ, with loopholes that rendered the ban kind of pointless, I am struggling to think of another initiative to back her claim of “climate change as her generation’s nuclear-free moment”. Where is the walk to go with the talk?

And what the hell is going in housing? Why are investors still buying up large? Why is Phil Twyford so useless?

There’s trouble at home Willie, Jacinda needs to be backing her words with substance. She badly needs a strong effective deputy. And she needs to be demoting Twyford to cleaning the limo’s! Or the toilets.

  3. The face of New Zealand’s future better looking than Key & English, the Coalition Government Labour/NZF is working for the betterment of all New Zealanders not just the top 10%.

  4. If last year someone had told me I’d be following a site with regular contributions (or, in this case, 4 sentences of fluff) from Ross Meurant and Willie Jackson I’d have told them to eff off…could we maybe replace this stuff with a recipe page?. Happy to contribute..
