Solve the refugee problem by not destabilising,
bombing and invading other peoples’ countries.
Redirect $20 billion taxpayer ‘defence’ spending for:
public housing, health and education.

Any specific peace? Seems to be fairly vague. Are you sure it’s not actually a nice wander on a hopefully sunny afternoon to make ourselves feel better?
U.S.S. Samson has no nuclear weapons on build. Nor does the ship have nuclear propulsion.
As long as ships lack either of these features, they can visit N.Z. waters.
