Sounds like a mess.
I live on a street in Chch with a heap of huge trees.
Just went through the second autumn, never picked up so many leaves.
In Toronto our Maple trees the Council panted shed so many leaves each fall, that we couldn’t keep up with picking them up and Council picked them up and charged us for them even though they planted them.
Now that we are back in NZ my home we don’t have any but would like some that don’t loose all their leaves all the time.
