Israeli attacks have resulted in 2 dead and 7 wounded. Civil Defence crews retrieved 2 more bodies from underneath bomb-damaged property, bringing the total number now killed in Gaza, since 7 October 2023, to at least 68,531. The total wounded is now at least 170,402. The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza is at least 91 and, that of those injured, is more than 226. A UN report states that, as of 14 January 2025, around 70% of those killed in Gaza were women and children.
War on Want
Since the ceasefire started on 10 October, Israel has killed at least 100 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and injured more than 300. It is continuing to destroy Palestinian homes and is blocking 85% of trucks carrying food and medicine from entering Gaza.
There is not a ‘ceasefire’ in the Gaza Strip – Israel is still committing genocide.

“As Jews and as human beings, we declare: Not in our name. Not in the name of our heritage, our faith, or our moral tradition. The monumental scale of the killing and destruction, the forced displacement, the deliberate withholding of life-sustaining necessities, and the ongoing criminal actions in the West Bank must end and never be repeated.
We deplore the fact that Israeli leaders have repeatedly taken to the world stage to declare that these actions are committed in the name of the Jewish people, as a manifestation of Jewish destiny. The Israeli government may claim to speak on behalf of the Jewish collective, but it does not speak for us.”

Since 24:00 on 7 October 2023, Occupation forces have imposed a complete closure on the West Bank governorates (due to the aggression in the Gaza Strip), and have prevented people, including permit–holders, from entering the city of Jerusalem as well as Israel, with the exception of diplomatic and international missions and humanitarian cases after prior co–ordination, until further notice.

Israeli Army attack – 3 killed in airstrike on dwelling: Jenin – 04:00, Israeli troops stormed the village of Kafr Qud, while an airstrike into a cave–dwelling killed three people: Abdullah Muhammad Omar Jalmana, Qais Ibrahim Muhammad al-Baytawi and Ahmad Azmi Arif Nashti.

Home invasion – pastoral sabotage – injuries and hospitalisations: Hebron – 15:30, Israeli Occupation settlers invaded the Wadi Juheish area, east of Al-Samou, and attacked the home of Mahmoud Ahmed Al-Daghamin, breaking down the doors to the house, damaging a motor vehicle as well as killing and injuring a flock of sheep. The settlers also fired tear gas canisters at the house, causing suffocation and hospitalisation for five residents.

Israeli Army – olive harvest sabotage: Qalqiliya – 09:45, Israeli Occupation forces prevented the olive harvest from proceeding in the northern area of Kafr Qaddum village, assaulting two harvesters, Abdul Rahman Shteiwi and his brother, Bashar, and forcing them off the land.

Occupation settlement development – land–grab: Qalqiliya – the Israeli Occupation approved a plan to benefit the Oranit settlement outpost, seizing land located in Basin No. 7 of Saniriya village.
Occupation settlement development – land–grab: Nablus – 10:45, Israeli Occupation forces began bulldozing agricultural land in the Wadi Yasuf area, north of Al-Lubban village, for the building of a settlement road.
