Tonight I would like to issue an apology to Matua Winston Peters.
Over the weekend I wrote a blog on the Daily Blog arguing that when it comes to genocide, the frontline for protest is everywhere and I defended people protesting outside his house and made a throw away line about people spitting in Matua Winston’s food, which created 3 responses.
The first was a deluge of poorly spelt death threats from NZ First supporters, which I wan’t too concerned about because most looked like they were in their 80s and I felt I could out walk them if they chased me.
The second response was Sean Plunkett calling me every hour demanding I appear on his radioactive Hate-Troll Farm so he could adjudicate the standards of my comment.
I know Sean is watching so, Hi Sean, No I have no interest whatsoever appearing on your radioactive hate-troll farm so that you can pass judgment on my comments because in the past Sean has attempted to claim images of starving Gazans were faked, has claimed Māui dolphins were “the Down syndrome kids of marine mammals” that “deserved to die”, has asked if anyone felt sorry for Harvey Weinstein and infamously claimed he was concerned about a mass outbreak of anorexia in Gaza.
Allowing Sean Plunkett to pass judgment on standards is like having a panel of lepers judge a beauty contest.
The third response to my comment about spitting in Winston’s food drew a Trumpian rant from Winston himself where he compared me to political violence on par with Charlie Kirk’s assassin and he called me Bummer Bradbury five times.

While I certainly have a fine arse, I’m not sure I want the attention of Winston Peters on it and can I remind everyone who has seen his rant that this is the Foreign Minister of NZ getting into a mud fight with a left wing blogger.
My original post had 640 views, him quoting me has had 100 000 so if anything does happen, it’s his amplification and personal abuse that will have caused it, not me.
I suppose for a man who has more free lunches in the southern Hemisphere than Shane Jones, the idea some underpaid Gen Z hospo staff might spit in his soup has turned Matua Winston into an easily triggered snowflake wallowing in victimhood.
This is a man who has built a political career out of dog whistle personal attacks on minority, migrants and vulnerable groups.
Remember what he said about Benjamin Doyle, Rawiri’s facial tattoos, Harry Tam, Migrant Green MPs.
More than any other politician in recent years, Winston thrives on exploiting community divisions for political gain.
For him to play the victim is like the Taliban demanding to see the manager.
Be that as it may, I apologise to Winston for my comments that saw him write a deplorable personalised attack on me in a way that even Donald Trump would consider went a bit far.
Don’t spit in Winston’s food, but I do think you can fart in his presence.

This is not about protestors outside his home, it’s not even about the smashed window, which let’s be clear was wrong and unacceptable and the person who did that will face the law.
This is about Winston and the Governmemnnt he is part of, putting us on the side of war criminals and genocide.

I condemn the vicious attack on Winston Peter’s window, which was the worst thing that occurred on 7 October 2023 or 6 October 2025.
But I think we all know at this point that it was done by a greyhound racing enthusiast who was angry to see Winston- a member of a government that has banned the beautiful sport of princes- enjoying himself at The Cav having a punt on the Christchurch dogs. Spontaneously driven to anger, he looked up Winston’s home address on the companies register and attempted to abduct his dog in revenge.
As a supporter of the Parliament protests, I’m sure Winston, well known for his empathy as long as you aren’t a small Palestinian child who he’s being paid to propagandize against, should be able to understand how people might be driven into this sort of rage by being told they can’t do something they wanted to do.
Old Vampire Peters is another than can dish it out but not take it. On Palestine he is gutless, knew the Cabinet decision but kept it secret, hopefully out of some tiny glimmer of shame, but that is doubtful given the zionists and Israeli officials he regularly meets with.
Peters is happy enough it seems for thousands to be killed by bombing or suffer lingering deaths because the Israeli butchers won’t open the gate to thousands of tons of food and medical aid that are parked up just beyond the Egyptian crossing.
I would not have made Bombers comment, only because it seems petty, but so what? Right wing filth like Plunkett get away with saying whatever mocking, violent or violence inducing shit they like. Calling out a sellout Govt. Minister pales in comparison to a real live genocide. Winston says NZ Flotilla members can make their own way home–well one thing is for certain–Sumud members have more courage than the cowardly Minister will ever have.
Winston should have been obliged to pay his airfare both to and from the UN meeting, since he most certainly did not represent the wishes of most Kiwis when he was there.

Politicians take public money while often delivering little in return, so protest should be an expected part of the job when they do daft things. A peaceful protest should be the response, so the loose unit that broke the window can suffer the consequences of its actions, but the idea that politicians should be able to live with no consequences for their actions is abhorrent.
Winston has neighbors who do not deserve to be disturbed by noisy protestor neither does the rest of his family. While you obviously have no time for politicians they do a job that you are not prepared to take on so they do not deserve 24 hr harassment. The ballot box is where you protest .
I feel for Winston’s neighbors, and support them running him out of town for his anti-social behaviour.
So don’t come on here and comment Trevor. The ballot box is where you comment.
Protesting has been a human right since…well forever. But typical of the righties to try and shut down “free speech”, just as an ACT MP attempted to do yesterday. Righties are the biggest hypocrites of all.
As much as don’t like having to go out and bat for Winston, I would have to say that this was never about “genocide” or “war crimes”, but about Palestinian sovereignty. Winston did not deny sovereignty but thought that this was a question for the future. Perhaps he may have wrong about that, but nevertheless it was not an unreasonable position to take. Also, it was not at all clear whether Palestinian sovereignty of the West Bank was included as well in the assertions made by the other countries, or just Gaza.
Winston has been lying in support of genocide for two years now. He amplified zionist lies that the UNRWA, the UN agency SPECIFICALLY dedicated to helping the Palestinians, was somehow ‘bad’ or supported ‘terrorism’, because that would get more Palestinians killed. He even spread zionist lies that ‘Khamas’ was stealing baby formula for their fighters to use as food, which is a lie that his zionist masters made up SPECIFICALLY to justify blockading baby formula from being brought into Gaza, to murder more babies through starvation and malnutrition.
It’s a good rule of thumb to not do dumb sh*t that hands the moral high ground to our opponents. And even more so when the moral high ground is the last thing they deserve.
But we can’t help being upset, amazed even horrified; it was the window of our discontent. It was all Shakespeares fault – he started it when he wrote ‘Now is the Winter of our Discontent’. No wonder that NZ righties with an inkling of thinking, not much ink involved, considered that Shakespeare was a worthy writer to be cancelled.

In my personal opinion winston peters is a bully, a coward and a sell-out but worse, a highly trained liar but even worse still… is without Class and I’m fucked if I’ll apologise for writing that. We should crowd-fund an investigation up and into winny re the wine box inquiry and the omni-shambles that, that particular con job has left AO/NZ suffering from under for more than forty years now.

Another message to the people of NZ ,how come only dog racing is being shut down on The old potatoes demand .I have been involved off and on in the horse racing industry for most of my life and there are more horses injured and destroyed every year than dogs .The only reason horse racing is not shut down is because they donate 500k a year to National ,act and the river of filth party .
