119 more killed and 866 wounded
Since dawn, Israeli air strikes, missile–launches and gunfire on homes, as well as medical and other facilities, have resulted in 119 dead and 866 wounded. Civil Defence crews retrieved 15 more bodies from underneath bomb-damaged property, bringing the total number now killed in Gaza, since 7 October 2023, to at least 60,839. The total wounded is now at least 149,588. The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza is at least 91 and, that of those injured, is more than 224. A UN report states that, as of 14 January 2025, around 70% of those killed in Gaza were women and children.

Israeli Army attack and road rage – 4-year-old child among the injured: Jenin – Israeli forces, firing live ammunition, continue to stormthe city as well as the refugee camp. An Israeli Army vehicle ran into a Palestinian family vehicle, injuring a four-year-old old child, Lilia Rashad Burhan Jarrar, and two adults: Abeer Muhammad Hashem Zaid Al-Kilani and Tala Muhammad Hashem Zaid Al-Kilani. One other resident was taken prisoner by Israeli forces.
Israeli Army attack – 1 wounded – 2 taken prisoner: Jenin – 05:00, Israeli Occupation forces raided the town of Qabatiya, shooting, wounding and then taking prisoner a resident, Hamza Maher Saeed Zakarneh. One other person was also taken prisoner.
Israeli Army attacks – refugee camps: Tulkarem – Israeli forces, firing live ammunition, continue to storm the city as well as the Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps, invading and occupying homes.
Israeli settler attack – agricultural sabotage and plunder: Nablus – 12:35, armed Israeli Occupation settlers, opening indiscriminate fire, invaded an area in the town of Qabalan, cutting off branches from a number of olive trees and stealing agricultural equipment from other properties.
Israeli settler and Army attack – 1 killed – 8 wounded: Nablus – 19:35 armed Israeli Occupation settlers, from a new settlement outpost established south of the town of Aqraba, invaded Palestinian homes on the southern outskirts of the town of Aqraba, opening fire and killing one resident, Mu’in Subhi Muhammad Asfar, as well as wounding eight others: Zahi Hamoud Diriya, Izzat Issam Bani Fadl, Issam Sobhi Diriya, Yazan Ibrahim Muniya, Darar Abdullah Al-Shaib, Munther Darar Al-Shaib, Firas Diriya and Musab Maher Diriya. The Israeli Army also intervened in support of the settlers, opening fire on people trying to resist the settler assault.

Israeli Army – beating-up and hospitalisation: Bethlehem – 09:45, Shaher Ismail Jamil Abu Jamal, a resident of Doha, was admitted to ahospital in Beit Jallah, suffering from the results of a severe beating-up by Israeli troops, in the village of al-Rashayda.
Occupation settlement land seizure – plunder: Bethlehem – Israeli Occupation settlers set up camp in the Deir Alla area, east of the village of Kisan, where more than 15 families had, by force, been evacuated two weeks ago. The settlers seized aluminium panel roofing material, in addition to solar panels. and set fire to the remaining possessions of the displaced families.
Occupation settler violence and abuse – vandalism: Jerusalem – 23:50, Israeli Occupation settlers in the Old City, physically assaulting as well as verbally–abusing people, also damaged residents’ motor vehicles.
Occupation settler terrorism: Tubas – 12:10, Israeli settlers stormed the al-Miteh and al-Bureij communities in the North Jordan Valley, terrorising residents as they patrolled among their homes.
