There is a lie that Israel’s genocide started and it legitimised by the attack by Hamas on October 7th.
Nonsense.
This started when Israel committed the Nakba in 1948 and no action on October 7th justifies this ethnic cleansing war crime genocide.
Another lie is that if Hamas just handed back the hostages this obscenity would stop.
Nonsense.
The Zionists within Israel have no intention of allowing their dream to drive all the Palestinians out to be derailed just because the hostages are handed back…
Israeli far right discusses Gaza ‘riviera’ plans
Some Israeli far-right leaders held a public meeting this week to discuss redeveloping the Gaza Strip into a tourist-friendly “riviera”, as Palestinians face a worsening humanitarian crisis in the devastated territory.
The meeting, titled “The Riviera in Gaza: From Vision to Reality”, was held in the Knesset, Israel’s Parliament, under the auspices of some of its most hardline members.
It saw the participation of firebrand Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, as well as activist Daniella Weiss, a vocal proponent of Jewish settlements in the Gaza Strip, among others.
The name of the event evokes a proposal floated by US President Donald Trump in February to turn the war-ravaged territory into “the Riviera of the Middle East” after moving out its Palestinian residents and putting it under American control.
The idea drew swift condemnation from across the Arab world, and from Palestinians themselves, for whom any effort to force them off their land would recall the “Nakba”, or catastrophe – the mass displacement of Palestinians during Israel’s creation in 1948.
…no one believes if Hamas handed over the hostages that Israel would stop their genocide!
It is no good pretending that the IDF are not a murderous death squad who celebrate the psychological damage their violence causes.
- The shooting of children by snipers in the head.
- The widespread sexual torture inside Israeli detention centres.
- The pinning of soft toys as trophies from Palestinian children that the bulldozers use when flattening homes.
- The dropping of military grade weaponry on Palestinians in tents, hospitals, homes, schools with the false justification that Hamas was using human shields so shooting through civilians is somehow moral.
- The heavy uranium munitions used and the toxic waste the bombing campaign has forever poisoned GAZA with.
- The brutal zionist settlers violence in the West Bank.
- The use of hunger as a weapon.
- The group punishment mentality.
All of it adds up to a people whose own tragedy of the Holocaust has warped and mutated them into defending what they are doing in Gaza and the West Bank.
The disgust anyone with a conscience feels at what the Israeli Government is doing forces any moral being to turn away from any cultural, economic or academic interaction with Israel.
Zionist apologists have weaponised anti-semitism and use it to smear anyone who criticise their unholy and disproportionate violence.
When people are prepared to justify such horror for their own sense of security, that people become forever damned by such cruel math.
The Palestinians are paying a terrible price in bodies and limbs for their resistance to Occupation, but is the State Israel that has burnt its own soul.
Even if Netanyahu manages to kill every Hamas member in Gaza and the West Bank, even if he cleanses all those places from Palestinians, the price will be more than any of them can pay.
Even if Israel ‘wins’ they will have lost so much that any sense of ‘victory’ will be bitter ashes in their hollow mouths.
“If the New Zealand government was serious, it would implement this list”:

- Cease approval for Rakon to export crystal oscillators which may be used by the Israeli military for targeting Gaza and other Israeli assault zones
- Ban all Rocket Lab launches of satellites used for Israeli reconnaissance over Gaza

- Stop remittances going to Israel, such as funds for the racist Jewish National Fund
- Cut scientific, academic, sport and cultural ties with the State of Israel
- Sell all New Zealand’s Superfund investments in Israeli companies
- Vote to suspend Israeli membership of the United Nations for not withdrawing from all the Occupied Palestinian Territory

Whichever way you look at the Israeli/Palestinian situation it comes back to ‘morality’. Maybe each of us has to take a long hard look in the mirror to see who we really are. You see, I believe if you are supporting Israel then you are condoning mass murder! One of the Ten Commandments is, “Thou Shalt Not Kill”. How many of those, who support Israel’s barbaric actions, regularly attend church? What hypocrisy. Israel has a malevolent plan and won’t back down until EVERY PALESTINIAN has been killed or relocated. Chilling isn’t it? Go back to your mirror.
Properly translated, it is ‘Thou shalt not murder’. Which is to say- it condemns all actions of the zionists, but the self-defence of the heroes of the Palestinian military against them is 100% fine.
It also implies punishment for manslaughter (accidental killing) which is why sanctuary cities existed and the explanation given by Jesus shows that even thinking evil against others is breaking the commandment so while I can understand your support for Palestine true peace can only happen if all those involved forgive and forget the past. That can’t happen unless people are transformed from their existing selfish nature and trust a higher power for the solution. This is not supposed to be a theology lecture however it’s increasingly obvious that man is unable to fix the world’s problems.
It would be fine if one could actually identify who exactly is a Palestinian militant!
As I have said b4, it’s not about who is right or who is wrong – it’s way past that. It’s not one army opposing another on a battle field. It is the wholesale murder/slaughter and deliberate starvation of defenseless people incl. women and children. Again, go look in your mirror – or has your mirror cracked!
