If Seymour is right and Māori Prayer is costing us, let’s make it count!

The Deputy Prime Minister David Seymour told the 2025 Local Government New Zealand Conference that Māori Prayer and cultural impact assessments were the reason why power prices and food bills were high.

Ahhhhh – Cool story bro.

Have you ever had a mate (who after lots of self research online) comes out with some bat shit crazy blame game on things that don’t actually have anything to do with the issue other than highlight their terrifying bigotry?

Y-e-a-h

Well we all have that mate now in our Deputy Prime Minister.

It seems for David, Māori Prayer is a Milton Friedman doom loop where capitalism goes to die.

I’m waiting for David to start blaming Climate Change, Earthquakes, milk spoiling, All Blacks losing and eclipses on Māori Prayer.

If Māori prayer is the reason why power prices and food bills are so high, let’s get our money’s worth

Dear Maui – please smite David Seymour, the ACT Party and burn Brooke’s only pink jacket.

Increasingly having independent opinion in a mainstream media environment which mostly echo one another has become more important than ever, so if you value having an independent voice – please donate here.

  1. Can someone please muzzle Seymour. Thanks to our weak RW biased media, he has far too much to say for himself except more“distractions”, “cons” or “scams” all pouring out of his gob like garbage. Such a slimebag. He belongs permanently in a drain.

  2. Song well sung song about a prayer by the Platters.

This is followed by The Great Pretender – how coincidental.
Oh yes I’m the Great Pretender (anyone in government now)
    Pretending that I’m doing well
My need is such I pretend too much
I’m lonely but no one can tell.
    and more lines –
I seem to be but I’m not you see
I’m lonely but no-one can tell. (Who could that apply to?)
(I remember those words from way back – perhaps we should put government
or potential wannabes promises to music so we remember them.)

Also can we take note of Jacqueline’s missives, I have a misgiving about them but maybe mistaken.
Perhaps we should set them to music and see how they rhyme.
