Kneecap began a politically charged set at Glastonbury on Saturday afternoon, leading the crowds in chants of “Fuck Keir Starmer!”
The Irish rap act took to the stage at 4pm for their controversial set, which had been criticised by the UK prime minister as not “appropriate”.

Culture Secretary demands director-general explains why performance by rap duo Bob Vylan was shown live
…isn’t this insane?
The BBC and Keir Starmer are more offended by musicians calling out war crimes than they are of Israel who are actually committing war crimes!

We’ve seen this in NZ with the Political Right attacking Tusiata Avia over her poetry.
Art is of course a political act and it is the job of Art to provoke, the Hypercritical Free Speech Champions of the Right want to strangle Art off if it’s political and critical of their bigotry.
