Victims 15 June – 16 June 2025:

68 more killed and 182 wounded

Since dawn, Israeli air strikes, missile launches and gunfire on homes, as well as medical and other facilities, have resulted in 68 dead and 182 wounded. Civil Defence crews retrieved two more bodies from underneath bomb-damaged property, bringing the total number now killed in Gaza, since 7 October 2023, to at least 55,432. The total wounded is now at least 128,923. The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza is at least 89 and, that of those injured, is more than 208. A UN report states that, as of 14 January 2025, around 70% of those killed in Gaza were women and children.

West Bank

Palestinian Monitoring Group — Since midnight on 07 October 2023, Occupation forces have been imposing a complete closure around the whole of the West Bank, preventing people (even including permit-holders) from entering both Jerusalem City as well as Israel, other than for especially-negotiated exceptions. Permanent military checkpoints impose severe travel restrictions within the Occupied West Bank.

Home invasions: Jerusalem – dawn, Israeli forces raided the town of Anata and searched two homes.

Home invasions and occupation – 7 taken prisoner: Qalqiliya – Israeli Occupation forces continued raiding the town of Azzun, searching many homes and occupying a number of them as military posts. Seven residents were taken prisoner.

Home invasions – 7 taken prisoner – refugee camp: Nablus – 21:45-05:50, Israeli forces raided the city and the Askar refugee camp, searching homes and taking prisoner three people.

Home invasions – 1 taken prisoner – robbery: Hebron – 08:40, after raiding the city, the Israeli military occupied a house and turned it into a military post, taking prisoner one person and raidingthe Headquarters of Osool Advertising and Publicity Company, where they robbed a man of cash to the approximate value of US $12,800.
