Trump says US knows where Iran’s leader is ‘hiding’, won’t kill him ‘for now’

US President Donald Trump said Wednesday the US knows where Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is hiding during the Israel-Iran conflict but doesn’t want him killed “for now”.

The sudden escalation of this madness is terrifying.

Israel has been claiming Iran was months away from a nuclear bomb for since the 1990s.

The scale of targets by Israel against Iran is utterly beyond mere dismantling of Iran’s nuclear capacity, they are an attempt by Israel at regime change and Trump is enabling it.

I have zero time for political Muslims preaching an absurdly paranoid and angry Islam, but I understand how American intervention helped create that mutation in Iran.

I don’t support the Iranian abuse of civil rights, or the killing of women in custody by the religious police or their persecution of the rainbow community – but I understand how it came to be thanks to America’s coup!

Ironically the crippling economic sanctions have only allowed the Theocracy to maintain their power over the people.

That said, this war on Iran is baseless and illegal and immoral.

I don’t agree with any theocracy and I am appalled by the abuse of human rights in Iran, but this war is wrong.

Ever since America led the 1953 coup in Iran to ensure dominance over oil, the Iranians should never have trusted America.

It really does say something about the cruelty of the Shar under the CIA coup reign that the only ones left standing in Iran after the purges were the extremist Mullahs who took over the country and mutated it into the Theocracy it is now.

That’s American exceptionalism for you, believe you are God and are immune to blowback.

Iran should have known better than to trust the West.

Republican fixers asked Iran to only release the hostages after Regan won to deprive Jimmy Carter of any victory and the double dealing over the Iran-Contra affair should have taught Iran that America could never be trusted.

After Obama cut a deal to prevent Iranian uranium enrichment and the return of money America stole during the 1953 coup, Trump ripped it all up and Iran are where they are now.

Under attack by Israel with the empowerment of America.

The idea that Trump is even entertaining assassinating the Ayatollah or joining in Israel’s war highlights the inanity of where we are.

If Trump attacks or kills the Ayatollah, it will spark a backlash against the West from the Muslim World that will be uncontainable.

Netanyahu needs permanent war to fend off the Israeli legal process currently stymied because of the war in Gaza.

  1. Trump once said he wanted to put America First, but even he eventually had to bow to all the Jewish money washing around the US political system. Jews are only about 2% of the US population, but the Israel Lobby proves that you don’t need the numbers, just the shekels, to determine policy.

  2. You’d think the US Military Industrial Complex would have enough weapon orders servicing the Russia/Ukraine war. But I guess demand must be dropping (perhaps due to a deal Trump made with Putin), and the US military beast must be continuously fed. And of course Trump is a massive Zionist (just like all former US Presidents), so this military pivot does make sense in that context.
    In any case, MAGA overwhelmingly hates this (around 75% oppose any intervention in this war), so there is a potential win given that this will almost certainly fracture Trump’s base. That said, queue up the Mossad/CIA false flag attack on the US by Iran to circumvent that.

Last week he was urging that Polish corrupt con artist Netanyahu not to attack. He just Israel’s bitch. The same Israel that were opposed to Obamas deal with Iran, which was a way better solution.
