Former Labour MP Stuart Nash not ruling out running for NZ First at next election

  • Stuart Nash is not denying rumours he is eyeing up a candidacy for NZ First.
  • Nash was a Minister in the last Labour Government.
  • He is no longer a member of any party.

No one should be surprised by this, of course the Nashy is running for NZF in Napier, he’s Winston’s true successor.

The Nashy is just corrupt enough with Forestry for him to be part of NZF, if you want to lead NZF you have to be in the pocket of some provincial industry but not so deep inside the pocket you end up looking like Shane Jones.

Winston doesn’t want Shane to be the successor of the Party because Shane is too compromised where as the Nashy is just right!

The Nashy is a less repugnant reaction to wokeness than Shane and can play the culture war game  as a sort of ‘get off the grass’ level common sense shtick, rather than ‘FUCK THE WOKE’ Incel level fury that Shane gives it.

The deal that will be hatched out is for the Nashy to stand in Napier and get a a number 3 place on the list so Winston can hand the leadership to the Nashy rather than doom it to the Jonesy.

    • The Right’s paymasters have no intention of allowing the Treaty Principled Bill to ever pass – it would deprive them of an issue which can fester for election after election, even unto the generations if handled correctly.
