Merciless blitz on defenceless Gaza — growing numbers of dead and injured
Victims 04 April – 05 April 2025:
60 killed — 162 wounded
Since dawn, Israeli air strikes and gunfire on homes, as well as medical and other facilities, resulted in the deaths of 60 residents and the wounding of 162 others. The total number killed in Gaza, since 7 October 2023, is at least 50,669 with the total wounded at least 115,225. The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza since 7 October, 2023 is at least 92 and, that of those injured, is more than 211.

West Bank
Palestinian Monitoring Group — Since midnight on 07 October 2023, Occupation forces have been imposing a complete closure around the whole of the West Bank, preventing people (even including permit-holders) from entering both Jerusalem City as well as Israel, other than for especially-negotiated exceptions. Permanent military checkpoints impose severe travel restrictions within the Occupied West Bank.

Israeli Army attack – refugee camps: Tulkarem – Israeli forces continue storming the city as well as the Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps, firing live ammunition and raiding homes.

Israeli Army pastoral sabotage and population–control: Hebron – morning, Israeli forces prevented a shepherd, Fadel Al-Hamamdeh, from grazing his flock in the Masafer area of Yatta, and threatened to take him prisoner if he should attempt to release his sheep from the shelter.
Occupation settler land-grab and violence: Ramallah – 09:50, Israeli Occupation settlers invaded and took over land, near the town of Sinjil, and began ploughing it as well as stoning passing motor vehicles.
Occupation settler invasion – Israeli Army complicity: Nablus – 15:20, Israeli settlers, supported by Occupation forces firing stun grenades at residents trying to defend themselves, invaded an area of Beit Furik and stoned people’s homes.
Occupation settler failed pastoral sabotage: Bethlehem – Occupation settlers, assaulting shepherds in the Rabea area near al-Minya and attempting to steal 200 sheep, were successfully resisted by local residents.
Occupation settler agricultural sabotage: Hebron – morning, Israeli settlers grazed their sheep on land planted with crops and olive trees, in the Masafer area of Yatta.
