NO ceasefire in Gaza growing numbers of dead and injured

Victims 1718 March 2025:

326 killed, 660 wounded

At dawn, March 18, Israeli Occupation forces, including the Israeli Navy, shelled Gaza from the sea and from behind the Green Line, killing 326 residents and wounding another 660. The total number now killed in Gaza, since 7 October 2023, is now at least 48,803 with the total wounded at least 112,700. The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza is at least 92and, that of those injured, is more than 213.

Palestinian Monitoring GroupSince midnight on 07 October 2023, Occupation forces have been imposing a complete closure around the whole of the West Bank, preventing people (even including permit-holders) from entering both Jerusalem City as well as Israel, other than for especially-negotiated exceptions. Permanent military checkpoints impose severe travel restrictions within the Occupied West Bank.

Israeli Army attack – 1 wounded: Ramallah – 10:45, Israeli Occupation forces stormed the village of Budrus, wounding a resident: Muhammad Khalifa.

Israeli Army attack refugee camp: Jenin – Israeli forces continued their more than seven weeks storming of the city as well as the refugee camp.

Israeli Army attack – 1 wounded – refugee camps: Tulkarem – the Israeli Army, firing live ammunition, continued to storm the city as well as the Tulkarem and Nour Shams refugee camps.

Israeli Army attack – 1 killed – 3 wounded: Qalqiliya – 02:2504:10, Israeli troops, raiding the city, shot and killed a resident, Khaled Saleh Qaraan, and wounded three others: Ahmed Omar Faraj, Fadi Ghaleb Abu Mustafa and Tariq Abdullah Azzam.

Home invasions forced evacuations and Occupation landgrabs: Jenin – 19:45, Israeli Occupation forces raided the village of Jalboun and invaded a house, forcing out the family and occupying their home for use as a military post. The Israeli military also forced the abandonment of 12 hectares of villagers’ agricultural land.

Home invasion: Tulkarem – 10:20, Israeli forces raided the village of Shufa and searched a house.

Home invasions 17 taken prisoner beatings-up: Nablus – 00:45, the Israeli Army raided the city as well as the Askar and Balata refugee camps, searching homes and taking prisoner 17 residents. Four people, including one woman, Yassin Amin Ramah, were beaten up. The three others injured are: Ahmed Jamal Muhammad Al-Doush, Muhammad Ali Saleh Abu Hamada and Samir Hassan Ibrahim Qrinawi.

Home invasion: Bethlehem – dawn, Israeli troops raided the city and searched a house.

Israeli Army populationcontrol: Jerusalem – the Israeli Occupation issued a three-month-long order banning a journalist, Muhammad Dweik, from entering the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Israeli police and settlers’ mosque violation: Jerusalem – 08:00, Israeli settlers, escorted by Occupation police, invaded the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and molested worshippers.

Israeli Army populationcontrol: Nablus – 23:30, Israeli forces took prisoner a man, Uday Thaer Al-Mukhtar, when he reported, as ordered, for interrogation at Israeli Military Intelligence.

Israeli Army violence beating-up and hospitalisation: Nablus – 23:50, Israeli soldiers beat-up and hospitalised a Madama village resident: Raed Basil Jad Allah Nassar.

Israeli Army abduction: Jericho – 11:45, the Israeli military, at the al-Hamra checkpoint, abducted a 17-year-old youth: Muhammad Salah al-Din Ahmad Mahmoud al-Yasidi.

Occupation settlement development land grab: Tubas – evening, Israeli Occupation settlers, in the Sakout area of the North Jordan Valley, built a road leading to Ein Sakout, fencing it off and seizing the land it stands on.

Occupation settler pastoral sabotage: Ramallah – 12:15, an Israeli Occupation settler drove his motor vehicle into a flock of sheep, near the al-Bureij area in Deir Dibwan.

Occupation settler agricultural sabotage landgrab: Ramallah – settlers, near the Givat settlement outpost, east of the village of al-Mughayir, built settlement roads across village farmland.

Occupation settler terrorism: Tubas – 21:40, Occupation settlers invaded the Ein al-Hilweh area and roamed threateningly among people’s homes.

Occupation settler stoning: Nablus – 20:15, Israelis, from the Yitzhar Occupation settlement, stoned nearby passing vehicles.

Occupation settler landgrab: Jericho – 23:00, Israeli Occupation settlers brought building materials to the al-Auja Spring, which services nearby Bedouin communities, in order to build a pastoral settlement there.

Occupation settler raid stoning: Hebron – 10:30, Occupation settlers stormed the village of Susya and stoned a home.

Raid: Jerusalem – 17:30, Israeli Occupation forces raided and patrolled the town of Hizma.

Raid – populationcontrol: Jerusalem – 01:15, Israeli forces raided the town of al-Ram and prevented Palestinian Civil Defence crews from extinguishing a fire in a waste dump. They released them after contemptuously removing their Civil Defence badges and searching their vehicles.
