Janet Wilson is one of New Zealand’s sharpest political columnists.
Her recent critique of Waipareira Trust, the Māori Party and the Manurewa Marae is scathingly critical, and no one can fault her for the hard questions she asks, but much of the problem to date has been desperate agencies told to find community outreach with community they have no outreach at all with, washing up on the door step of the Waipareira Trust?
The Spinoff is a middle class taxpayer funded social engineering community notice board that tries to be Wellington in Auckland and currently is desperately trying to escape the very woke media reputation they’ve driven for a decade. So of course they have tsked tsked as well.

Here are my thoughts.
The frenzy over news the Police are investigating is over hyped because the Waipareira Trust specifically asked the Police to investigate.
Beside Wilson’s genuine concerns are two words she won’t use and The Spinoff won’t use..
Destiny Church.
What the media keep missing is that the whistleblowers were a Destiny Church faction that has been attempting to infiltrate several of the big South Auckland Marae.
The media keep glossing over the Destiny Church links because Destiny have become terribly unfashionable after they invaded a library and bashed kids for having the temerity to listen to a Drag King talk about science.
The bigger question is who is behind these Destiny factions?
Why have these Destiny factions been so tactical in seeking leadership roles on South Auckland Marae?
Who is helping them?
Is there anyone else supporting these extremists?
Is the Waipareira Trust’s Whanau Ora contract being threatened in the wake of these allegations?
Who would take over the Whanau Ora contract if it didn’t go to the Waipareira Trust?
Are there any connections between who might take it over and the Destiny Church faction?
Are there bigger influences at work as well?
I think there was another entity behind the Destiny Faction and they want to use this Destiny Faction to strengthen their claim to take the whanau ora contracts from Waipareira Trust.
Why won’t the mainstream media when taking the whistleblower testimony refuse to tell you that its actually Destiny Church who are the whistleblowers?
UPDATE: Just as I had finished asking if there was a wider motives as to what was happening: Lo and behold…
Whānau Ora Commissioning Agency loses major contract
The Whānau Ora Commissioning Agency, previously known as Te Pou Matakana, has lost its bid to continue commissioning Whānau Ora services, 1News understands.
The organisation, led by John Tamihere, has held the contract for the last decade and was responsible for distributing funds to service providers throughout the North Island.
Those providers offer a range of services that align with the Whānau Ora framework, including healthcare, education and addiction support.
The Whānau Ora Commissioning Agency’s existing contract expires in June, and a new contract holder will be in place from July.
The organisation was blindsided last year when the Government announced it would need to re-tender for the contract. Several new bidders are understood to have applied.
…look to see who gets the funding, they will most likely be the ones behind the Destiny Church faction.
Increasingly having independent opinion in a mainstream media environment which mostly echo one another has become more important than ever, so if you value having an independent voice – please donate here.

Well, keep an eye on it for us eh Martin?
The racists will be out in force welcoming this move all on behalf of the racist government
How do you translate the name Sherlock Holmes into Maori? Or are you aiming to be similar to Watson Martyn? Follow the money is the old hoary wisdom.
Bill English daughter social investment company using racist algorithms will get contacts. Same old shite.
Hmmm…..the W T has had a lot of shit to go through recently. Why. If a Destiny Church affiliated organization get their mits on any public money there is a real stinky fish thing going on for sure.
So Martyn, is Te Rūnanga o Toa Rangatira and your friend Helmut Modlik behind the Destiny Church faction?
