Gaza Strip
Israel’s ceasefire violations in Gaza continue — yet silence prevails over growing numbers of dead and injured
Victims 24-25 February 2025:

Israeli Occupation forces’ continued positioning on the northern and eastern outskirts of the Gaza Strip opened fire on and killed two returning Palestinians and wounded six others. Civil Defence crews retrieved the bodies of a further five people from under bomb-damaged buildings and a third person died from wounds, bringing the total number now killed in Gaza, since 7 October 2023, to at least 48,346. The total wounded is now at least 111,759. The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza is at least 95 and, that of those injured, is more than 220.
West Bank
Palestinian Monitoring Group — Since midnight on 07 October 2023, Occupation forces have been imposing a complete closure around the whole of the West Bank, preventing people (even including permit-holders) from entering both Jerusalem City as well as Israel, other than for especially-negotiated exceptions. Permanent military checkpoints impose severe travel restrictions within the Occupied West Bank.
Israeli Army attack – homes set on fire – 2 people taken prisoner: Jenin – Israeli Occupation forces continued, for the fourth day, their storming of the city as well as the refugee camp, firing live ammunition and setting fire to two homes. Three residents were taken prisoner.
Israeli Army attack – agricultural sabotage – 1 youngster wounded – home invasions: Jenin – 02:10, Israeli forces continued to storm the town of Qabatiya and, after using explosives to destroy an agricultural facility, raided and searched houses, wounding two residents: Omar Yousef Armiti (aged 17) and Mahdi Zaid Ahmed Kamil. Five other people were taken prisoner.
Israeli Army attack – refugee camp: Jenin – the Israeli Army opened fire with live ammunition while raiding the city and the refugee camp.
Israeli Army attack – 1 wounded – refugee camps – home invasions: Tulkarem – Israeli troops continued to storm the city as well as the Tulkarem and Nour Shams refugee camps, opening fire while raiding homes and wounding a resident, Khader Khaled Khader Sa’ida. Occupation forces bulldozed yet another street and destroyed more infrastructure.
Israeli Army attack – 1 wounded: Qalqiliya – 18:00, at the Jaljuliya checkpoint, the Israeli military shot and wounded a man, Muhammad Issam Salama, who was subsequently admitted to the Government Hospital in the city.
Israeli Army attack – home invasion – mosque violation – 1 taken prisoner: Nablus – 22:40, Israeli soldiers, firing live ammunition, stormed the city, invading a home as well as searching in the Imam Ali Mosque and taking one person prisoner there. The soldiers also raided the city’s Western Cemetery.
Israeli Army attack: Salfit – 19:50, Israeli forces opened indiscriminate fire towards Palestinian homes, from a watchtower adjacent to the Ariel Occupation settlement.
Home invasion and vandalism: Ramallah – 02:15, Israeli Occupation forces raided the al-Jalazoun refugee camp, invaded a home and destroyed entrances to shops.
Homes set on fire in refugee camp: Jenin – Israeli forces, in the refugee camp, set fire to two houses.
Home invasions: Nablus – dawn, the Israeli Army raided the village of Zawata and invaded three homes as well as a mosque.
Home invasion: Nablus – 01:00–03:25, Israeli troops raided the village of Sarra and invaded two houses.
Home invasions: Salfit – evening, the Israeli military raided the town of Kifl Haris and invaded a number of homes.
Home invasions – demolition – water crime: Salfit – 07:15, Israeli soldiers demolished a house in west Kafr al-Dik and damaged another. They also demolished a well that was being built.
Home invasion – stun grenades fired: Bethlehem – 19:25, the Israeli military, firing stun grenades, raided the village of Marah Rabah and invaded a mourning gathering in a home.
Home set on fire by settlers: Hebron – 10:00, Israeli Occupation settlers set fire to a home in the village of Umm Lasafa.
Home invasions – armed robbery – violence: Hebron – dawn, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar and invaded two homes, assaulting one resident, Ibrahim Sadiq Abu Maria, and robbing him of cash. Israeli troops also seized personal belongings, including a mobile phone and tablets used by his children for educational purposes, from another man, Zuhair Mahmoud Al-Alami.
Israeli police and settlers’ mosque violation: Jerusalem – 08:00, Israeli settlers, escorted by Occupation police, invaded the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and molested worshippers.
Israeli Army – beating-up and injury: Jerusalem – 08:25, Israeli soldiers in al-Ram beat-up one person, Saeed Hijazi Saeed Qaqur, who was admitted to the local Medical Centre with severe injuries.
Israeli Army – stun grenades fired: Nablus – 18:50, Israeli Occupation forces fired stun grenades towards people, in the village of Beita.
Israeli Army – beating-up and injury: Hebron – dawn, Israeli troops beat-up a resident: Ibrahim Sadiq Abu Maria in Beit Ummar.
Occupation settler agricultural sabotage: Ramallah – 14:20, Israeli Occupation settlers grazed sheep amid crops on Deir Dibwan agricultural land.
Occupation settler plunder – water crime: Tubas – 13:15, Occupation settlers invaded the Humsa area in the North Jordan Valley and stole a tent and a water–storage tank.
Occupation settler – surveillance: Tubas – 21:00, Israeli settlers installed surveillance cameras, in the Ein al-Hilweh and al-Hamma areas of the North Jordan Valley.

Occupation settler armed population–control: Salfit – 20:55, an armed guard, from the Ariel Occupation settlement, detained for a time one person, Mahmoud Fawaz Theeb Saleh, near the entrance to the settlement.
Occupation settler pastoral sabotage and terrorist population–control: Bethlehem – 18:55, Occupation settlers invaded Kisan village land and drove a tractor into a flock of sheep, injuring a number of them and terrorising the owner into permanently evacuating the area.
