Gaza Strip
Israel’s ceasefire violations in Gaza continue — yet silence still prevails over growing numbers of dead and injured:
Victims 9–10 February 2025:
Israeli Occupation forces continued their positioning on the northern and eastern outskirts of the Gaza Strip, opening fire on returning Palestinians, killing three of them and wounding 15 others. Two more people died from previously–sustained wounds and another 14 bodies were recovered from under bomb–sites. The total number killed in Gaza since 7 October 2023, is now at least 48,208 and, of those wounded, it is more than 111,655. The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza is at least 97 and, of those injured, it is more than 226.
West Bank
Palestinian Monitoring Group — Since midnight on 07 October 2023, Occupation forces have been imposing a complete closure around the whole of the West Bank, preventing people (including even permit-holders) from entering both Jerusalem City as well as Israel, other than for especially-negotiated exceptions. Permanent military checkpoints impose severe travel restrictions within the Occupied West Bank.
Israeli Army attack – home invasions on refugee camp – 3 taken prisoner: Jenin – Israeli Occupation forces continued to storm the city as well as the refugee camp, opening fire while raiding and searching homes. Three residents, including a special–needs patient, were taken prisoner.
Israeli Army attack – home invasions and forced evacuations – 11 beaten–up: Tubas – Since 03:20, Israeli forces, firing live ammunition, have been continuing to storm the al-Far’a refugee camp, searching homes and forcing yet more families to evacuate their homes. Eleven residents were savagely beaten-up and a Red Crescent volunteer, Saed Mahmoud Saleh Hamid, was taken prisoner.
Israeli Army attack – home invasions and forced evacuations – 2 wounded: Tulkarem – Since 27 January, the Israeli Army has continued to storm the city as well as the refugee camp. In the latest violence, two residents have been wounded and yet more families forced, at gunpoint, to evacuate of their homes. Both refugee camp hospitals remain under seige.
Israeli Army attack – 3 killed during home invasions – 1 child and 5 adults wounded: Tulkarem – Israeli troops, firing live ammunition, continuing their storming of the Nour Shams refugeecamp and invading homes, killed three more residents, including a pregnant woman, and wounded six other people, including a 15-year-old boy: Mu’min Omar Raghad. Eight more people were wounded.
Israeli Army arson attack on home: Nablus – 11:40, Israeli troops stormed the village of al-Nasariya and opened fire on a house while besieging it. Four residents were taken prisoner.
Home invasion – arson: Jenin – evening, Israeli Occupation forces raided the town of Silat al-Harithiya, setting fire to a house and taking prisoner four people.
Home invasion – abduction: Tubas – dawn, Israeli forces raided Tamoun, invaded a number of homes and abducted a 17-year-old youth: Yazan Samer Samara.
Home invasion: Salfit – 14:15, the Israeli Army raided the village of Marda and invaded a house, terrorising and detaining two residents.
Home invasions: Nablus – 21:55–02:55, Israeli troops raided Beit Furik and invaded a number of homes.
Israeli Occupation mosque violation – population–control: Jerusalem – the Israeli Occupation issued renewable weekly orders, banning a journalist, Saif Al-Qawasmi, and one other person, Sanaa Musa, from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Israeli Occupation mosque violation: Jerusalem – 08:00, Israeli settlers, escorted by Occupation police, invaded the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and molested worshippers.
Israeli Army pastoral sabotage – population–control: Nablus – 10:20, Israeli troops, near the village of Tal, took prisoner a working shepherd, Muhammad Abdul-Munem Ishtiya, while he was herding his animals.
Israeli Army violence: Salfit – 13:55, Israeli soldiers severely beat–up a Bidya resident, Mustafa Ayyash, hospitalising him with a fractured pelvis and damaged liver.
Occupation settler plunder and pastoral sabotage: Ramallah – 09:45, Israeli Occupation settlers invaded the outskirts of Deir Dibwan and stole 20 sheep.
Occupation settler agricultural sabotage: Nablus – 16:50, Occupation settlers raided Qusra town agricultural land and felled a number of olive trees.
Occupation settler agricultural and pastoral sabotage: Nablus – 17:50, Israeli settlers invaded Duma village land, damaged livestock shelters and severed branches from a number of olive trees.
Occupation settler violence – youngster injured and hospitalised: Hebron – morning, a gang of Israeli settlers stoned the home in east Yatta, of a resident, Issa Awad, injuring and hospitalising his 16-year-old son with head wounds and bruises.
