It doesn’t matter if you love or loath Donald Trump, the last thing anyone needs as we move towards the US Election is him being assassinated.
His MAGA fanatics are barely functioning human beings in any dimension we would consider reality and would spark something terribly dark if he was killed.
Trump urgently requires the same level of protection the President enjoys because the country will be plunged into civil unrest of he is successfully assassinated.
I have zero interest in him being killed, no one rational I know wants that, we on the Left want to see Trump lose at the ballot box and then be held to account for all his terrible toxicity.

I don’t much like either Harris or Trump but would vote Trump because he has stated his goal to end the wars in the Ukraine and the Middle East.

Might be his goal but he is dreaming if he thinks he will make this happen – both Putin & Netenyahu would eat him for dinner. Both conflicts are intractable (especially the Middle East) and any quick solution is very unlikely to be sustained for long.
