Look – I have written extensively about the editorial requirements of the Journalism fund and yes those ridiculously woke editorial guidelines were in the original NZ on Air funding notes and for that they should be endlessly tortured for their idiocy, but what Winston utterly misses is that there was a follow up response by NZ on Air on those notes stating that ultimately editorial control was with the content producer.
So yes, there were stupidly woke Wellington guidelines but those notes were superseded by the reminder of editorial independence.
What he also fails to acknowledge is that a large chunk of that Public Journalism money was for positions and training.
By claiming that amounts to the entire media being bribed is not disingenuous or just false, it is malicious.

In his latest bile spill, Winston Peters spent most of his time condemning the last Labour government, three years of which he was a member of! He said nothing about what this coalition government is intending to do to make NZ a more fairer and better place for all who call this country home. Nothing about the education and health systems. Just a nasty, vile old man’s hateful rant!
He started out on the right of the National Party, in his maiden speech in 1979, he described himself as a ‘classical liberal’, and called those on welfare ‘bludgers’. Winston also is a self confessed admirer of Margaret Thatcher and as Treasurer, sold off Contact Energy, Auckland Airport, and tried to privatise pensions. His proposal, which was thankfully defeated in a referendum, was essentially an upsized version of KiwiSaver, in which would have been mandatory with bigger contributions, and would have resulted in the current NZ Super getting phased out. He also killed the capital gains tax, Fair Pay Agreements and the first attempt to merge RNZ and TVNZ. Winston, essentially has come home to the 6th National government.

* Onto outlaying the circumstances that bring the client to you. ( not therapy yet ) . *The client has to be fully informed to understand and sign up giving “informed consent”. *Gathering history and current situation goes on into the second session. * From there the Practioner reflects and makes a decision of what they believe is the best ‘ modality ‘ to utilise and explains this. Then comes goal setting. ( Still not therapy yet ) .
