Home invasions: 06:20, Nablus – dawn, Jerusalem – dawn, Beit Hanina – dawn, Jerusalem – Hebron.

Palestinian missile attacks: none.

Ceasefire violation – Israeli Navy attack – economic sabotage: Northern Gaza – dawn, the Israeli Navy opened fire on, and pursued, Palestinian fishing boats off al-Sudaniya.

Israeli Army home invasions – 2 killed, 1 wounded: Nablus – 06:20, Israeli Occupation forces forces, firing live ammunition, rubber-coated bullets, stun grenades and tear-gas canisters, raided Nablus and invaded homes, killing two people: Mohammed Junaidi Abu Bakr and Mohammed Nasser Saeed Al-Hallaq. Another person, Yazan Mohammed Sadiq, was wounded. One other resident was attacked and injured by police dogs; there were also 55 tear-gas casualties.

Israeli Army attack – 2 taken prisoner: Nablus – 21:10-midnight, Israeli forces, firing live ammunition, raided the village of Orif in pursuit of a motor vehicle, causing it to overturn. The vehicle’s occupants were taken prisoner.

Home invasion – 1 taken prisoner: Jerusalem – dawn, Israeli Occupation forces invaded a home in the Ras al-Amoud neighbourhood, taking prisoner one resident: Mamoun Abbasi.

Home invasion – 1 taken prisoner: Jerusalem – dawn, raiding Israeli soldiers, in Beit Hanina, invaded the home of a woman, Alaa Al-Sous, and took her prisoner.

Home invasions4 taken prisoner: Jerusalem – dawn, the Israeli Army invaded and searched homes in the al-Tur neighbourhood, taking prisoner four people: Mahmoud Abu Sbeitan, Nour Abu Jumaa, Mohammed Raed and Jihad Al-Hadra.

Home invasion – 2 taken prisoner: Hebron – Israeli troops invaded a home in the Wadi Al-Qadi district, taking prisoner two people: Yacob Ibrahim Al-Taweel and his son, Wael.

Israeli Army child abduction: Jerusalem – 23:00, the Israeli Army abducted a child, Anas Za’tara, in the Bab al-Amoud district.

Israeli police and settlers mosque violation: Jerusalem – 08:00, settler militants, escorted by Israeli police, invaded the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and molested worshippers.

Israeli Army road-rage – 1 injured: Hebron – 18:30, an Israeli Army vehicle ran over and hospitalised one person: Mohammed Salama Al-Zar.

Israeli police mosque violation: Jerusalem – 22:00, Israeli Occupation police raided the al-Qibli Prayer Hall at al-Aqsa Mosque and forced out a number of worshippers.

Occupation settler agricultural sabotage: Bethlehem – 22:15, Israeli settlers invaded al-Khadr farmland and destroyed 45 olive treeseedlings.

Occupation settler violence – 3 injured: Hebron – 20:10, Israelis, from the Beit Ein Occupation settlement in Surif and armed with sticks and stones, attacked local residents, injuring three people.

Restrictions of movement (12): 11:50, entrance to the village of Burqa – 10:35, tightened measures at the Huwara checkpoint – 09:25 and again at 18:00, near Surra village: two people taken prisoner – 09:55, Deir Sharaf village roundabout – 17:00, entrance to Deir Ballut – 11:20-14:35, northern entrance to Tuqu’ – Beit Hanoun (Erez) crossing closed – al-Mantar-Karni crossing closed – al-Shujaiyeh crossing (Nahal Oz) closed – Sufa crossing closed – al-Awda Port closed.

In 1947/1948 His father explained to him what was happening to the Palestinians thus: “Any ideology or political movement that creates refugees in the process of realising its ambitions must be inhuman and should be opposed and condemned as unacceptable.” What followed confirmed this assessment of the Zionist entity a hundredfold. Now a retired flamenco guitarist, with a lifelong interest in the tragedy of what happened to the Palestinian people, he tries to publicise their plight. Because the daily injustices they suffer barely get a mention in the mainstream news media, Leslie edits/compiles a daily newsletter, In Occupied Palestine, for the Palestine Human Rights Campaign. These days, to preserve his sanity, he enjoys taking part in a drama group whenever possible!
