3 dead gang associates within a couple of weeks in the same area, and there’s no risk to the Public?
I think what the NZ Police meant to say was…
“There’s absolutely no risk to the public, unless you are a gang associate – then it’s a terrifying time, but you are a gang associate, so you don’t get to feel safe or protected. Hahahahaha. Oh, and if anyone with gang associates has any idea what’s going on, we’d love to hear from you”
…the increasing profit margins made meth are causing huge tensions between gangs as encroachment  by organised crime based in Auckland expands into other gang territory. The Police certainty that this spree of killings won’t impact the wider public is all fine and dandy, but not a hell of a lot of reassurance to those living under that threat and seeing as the Police have very little intelligence on what is happening, they need to be reaching out to that community rather than reassuring those not impacted that there’s nothing to fear.
Martyn; well said, – the media spouted this crap yesterday and all we need to say abouit this bullshit is “words are cheap”.
The police stats have shown many times in the last nine years to be responsible for many deaths of those in their custody.
So truth doesn’t lie.

Now, if these muppets who belong to gangs want to run around killing each other why should I, or any other law abiding taxpayer give a rats arse. The more the rid society of each other, the better.
I truly fear for you daughter, growing up in Martyns world, constantly dumping on our Great Police while being a champion for the arseholes that make up the criminal classes.
