Winston pearl clutching fake violence criticising his real racism
An effigy of Winston Peters was given a “metaphoric chop” in a mock guillotine demonstration over the weekend – sparking calls from the Foreign Minister for those involved to be “arrested”.
The Migrant Workers Association of Aotearoa organised the demonstration on Saturday to protest against what it claims is “racism” from Peters and New Zealand First.
At the event at Te Komititanga Square in Auckland CBD, a mannequin dressed in a suit with a photo of Peters taped on its face was “given the chop” in a mock guillotine execution, with organisers describing it as “satire” and “political theatre”.
The demonstration included a “trial” that found Peters “guilty of racism and xenophobia” as supporters held “migrant lives matter” signs and waved Palestine and Iran flags.

Prime Minister Chris Luxon admits that Winston is racist for his rant at Green MP Lawrence Xu-Nan, but gutlessly keeps him on anyway and won’t tell us what he told Winston.
After butching up and denouncing Stuart Nash in the hope Luxon could look tough to the electorate, Luxon’s new Stuart Nash strength has melted into the usual Winston weakness.
If the Prime Minister admits what his Foreign Minister has said is racist, then why is he keeping him on?

winston peters is a weird one. He first came to prominence as an attack-whinger in relation to the Wine Box inquiry. He’s since then pranced about over the carcass of our dying AO/NZ to herald in the embalming fluid that’s known as neoliberalism.
He’d now be thinking ” If only roger douglas had a womb. We could have been daddy and daddy of a new avante guarde neoliberalism that’d a been a deal breaker for any multi-billionaire to swell their bank accounts at the public’s expense. A public, royal commission of inquiry would/might devastatingly show that there are multiples of billions upon billions of dollars missing from AO/NZ’s agricultural primary industry economy.
