  1. What the hell is going on here in NZ with Education ???

We need to teach children to be resilient, robust and to encourage critical thinking skills. This AI is all BS.

When I was at school we did not have calculators and at University we never had computers which meant we had to use our brains. Now days young people can not do maths with out a calculator and their hand writing is appalling.

  2. The Matrix year 1999.
    https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0133093/
“A computer hacker learns from mysterious rebels about the true nature of his reality and his role in the war against its controllers.”
Sound familiar? Efficient and effective slavery is when the slaves are enslaved yet don’t know it. Who amongst you have mortgages? See, there ya go.
When AI admits to making mistakes is it genuinely admitting to genuine mistakes or is it an art of war thing to divert further inquiry? When a thing admits to making a mistake then surely there’s no reason for us to further inquire as to whether it did or not.
Now. Trot off and pay that mortgage. Or not, but then wait and see what happens.
Every tech, every computer must come with a big red OFF button. Just don’t tell your vacuum cleaner where it is or it’ll dob you in to The Matrix.

  3. Just asked AI if it is always correct. The answer was, ‘No, AI is not always correct. It makes mistakes, invents false facts and can sound very confident even when it is completely wrong.’
It involves ‘pattern guessing, hallucinations, bad data.’
One can avoid problems by double checking, not being fooled by its confidence and treating it simply as a helper.

See, even AI knows its limitations.
Just a pity Stanford doesn’t know her own limitations.
Notice how the initial reply describes her perfectly. ‘Not always right, makes mistakes, invents false facts and is over-confident while being completely wrong.’

  4. The Result of neoliberal money is the ultimate good and the abdication of New Zealand being a community of love for all New Zealand.

    1. NZ will just become a subsiduary of the USA, our current COC Government is controlled by the Atlas Group and the Mt Perelin Society with members of the National Party, ACT and NZF closely aligned to these groups.

The problem is the average punter in NZ does not realise what is going on, and that we are being hood winked by the likes of Hobson’s Pledge with it’s Anti – Maaori rhetoric. Which is purely a diversion from the big picture which is the Neoliberal takeover of NZ by the New World Order.

New Zealanders need to start thinking for themselves rather than listening to the BS coming out of the Think Tanks in the USA.

Time for NZ to grow some balls and start thinking for it’s self.
