Why did Luxon think attacking small business for his economic vandalism was a good idea?

We have some of the most liquidations on record with unemployment spiking this week so why did the PM think attacking businesses who are failing was the smartest play?
Rotorua Business Chamber CEO Melanie Short told Luxon about the results of a survey of 82 business leaders in Rotorua in April and May that found a sharp fall in confidence since October linked to rising costs and a lack of demand. She asked the PM, ‘how long can we hang on’?
His response was to criticise her for being negative and he then chastised those there!
Why should telling the truth to the PM about the impacts of his economic policies get written off and demeaned like that?
Then his media minders rush out and claim we have all misunderstood.
The way he did when he used the word ‘Bottom feeder’.
Or, “I’m entitled”.
Or, “I’m sorted”.
Or, “Make a marmite sandwich”.
His ability to say something that reveals his aloof self interest and disdain for the little people is almost a super power at this stage.
He has all the bedside manner of a brain hungry zombie and all the emotional intelligence of your average NZF voter.
His Government’s slash and burn policy hasn’t worked because the prove sector can’t take on any more debt and the economy has seized up.
They smashed Labour construction pipeline and have cut back state spending on public infrastructure and this has damaged the economy.
NZ is 2 huge sparsely populated Islands, we have always needed the State to be the 40% foundation stone and that has always required a Government prepared to work with business – what Luxon has inadvertently revealed is that he has zero interest in working with Business and he is only interested in working for his donors.
If you are still choosing to vote National this election, then you are the problem.
Independent Media is more important than ever, especially in the lead up to the Election. TDB is the largest Left Wing Blog in NZ and we have been operating for 13 years now. We get zero funding g from NZ on Air and we don’t have no rich backers. If you can donate please do so here or directly into our account – 12-3065-0133561-56

Luxon is a mistake. That, is as kind as I can be. He’s a fart looking for a bum-hole to come from. He’s soooo late 1990’s. He should take the money, our money, he’s sorted then fuck off with it while thinking himself lucky.
Yes he is a failed soap sales man ,nearly sank our air line and as a revenge for those fails his goal now is to take down a whole country and get a knight hood for doing so .
It would be interesting to know which yes-man will nominate him for the knighthood, maybe Key.
Being nominated by another knight shouldn’t be allowed.
Wrecking the economy shouldn’t qualify him. He hasn’t shown leadership, so being a prime minister shouldn’t either.
For Services to Himself?
Luckily, knighthoods have been greatly diminished in status and mana, thanks to Key, so it’s nothing.
Anyone who meets him in future will soon realise it was unearned. He won’t be able to walk the talk.
