  1. Those so-called “news” outlets are left-wing opinion pieces pretending to be news…hardly anyone watches them anymore

    1. If no one watches them why bother, Nathan? Given that CNN is another Zionist supporter club I am surprised you would be for this. You’ve added Trump to your apologist list alongside Netanyahu?

      1. Once again – we bother to remind those so-called “news” outlets what they are actually meant to do…report on events/people, and ask follow up questions…

Sadly, this is missing from those “news” outlets

    1. SAC says:
“Calling CNN, MS NOW, and Politico independent news outlets is a bit of a stretch.”

It is not as black and white as some think. Right wing conspiracy theorists, smear all mainstream news as ‘Fake News’.

When a news outlet claims to be independent you always gotta ask, independent from who?

Privately owned corporate media outlets like CNN, MS NOW and Politico, are dependent on their advertisers for most of their revenue, Many of their bigger advertisers are powerful corporations in their own right, who can and do, exert pressure on the meda by threatening to withdraw their advertising money if a news report puts them in a bad light .
At the end of the day like all privately owned companies media companies have to return a dividend to their shareholders.
These corporate media companies and the journalists that work for them are providing a service and a product that people pay for, either by watching their advertisments or by subscription.
Every day the quality of that service, (or product) that they provide, is being evaluated by viewers and subscribers for it’s factuality and objectivity. They can’t get it wrong too often. This is a countervailing pressure to the power of the advertisers.

There is another pressure on these media companies, the workforce of these media corporations.
Drummed into professional journalists is the mantra, ‘Newspapers are the first draft of history.’

The professional journalists who cover the news, who write the reports, the human beings whose bylines are attached to (almost) every news story, whose reputations are being judged every day by their readers and viewers for their professionalism, objectivity and accuracy, and not just by viewers and readers, but also subjected to the scrutiny of their peers and scholarly academics, and even by history itself. It’s a weighty responsibility for any working journalist, no matter who is paying their salary.
I believe that most professional journalists are honest brokers,.obeying their conscience in reporting the news as accurately as they can.
In my opinion only a few are knowing mercenary liars and propagandists.
This is why I always attach the name of the human being behind every news report, I cite.

  2. ‘We are all Macklemore

Ed Sheeran’s backing band and all his supporting acts faced their ‘Spartacus Moment’, and stepped up to it. Walking out on Sheeran, en mass in solidarity with Macklemore after he was blacklisted by Robert Craft with Ed Sheeran’s complicity.

Now the White House Press Corps are facing their ‘Spartacus Moment’. Will they walk out on Trump en mass, in solidarity with their Press Corps colleagues blacklisted by Trump?

  3. Not long now and he will be a lame duck president., better still he will be impeached(again) along with Hegseth, nothing the puppy dog Johnson can do about it.
