The fact Cabinet fights are being leaked highlights how fractured Coalition Government is

David Seymour denies alleged ‘shouting match’ with PM Luxon over u-16 social media ban
Whenever Cabinet ministers are asked about something that did or didn’t happen in Cabinet, the response is always along the lines of: I don’t talk about Cabinet.
So when allegations surfaced on Monday that Prime Minister Christopher Luxon and his deputy David Seymour had a “shouting match” over a proposed under-16 social media ban, getting to the bottom of it was always destined to be tough.
Luxon walked off from his weekly post-Cabinet press conference on Monday when Stuff’s political editor Jenna Lynch asked him about it, without giving an answer. He started whistling as he left Parliament’s theatrette.
Stuff
Well this is at least one think they can’t blame on Penk!
What is fascinating is that this Cabinet fight was leaked to the blogs.
The wounds opened during Luxon’s leadership challenges are still leaking and it gives a glimpse of how fractured the Coalition Government is.
There is a real chance that National generates an overhang meaning Willis, Goldsmith, Bishop and Gerry are all gone. That will be devastating to National’s ability to retain power.
NZF and ACT will come back with double digits if Right Wing Social Media Influencers get their Candidate vote National/ Party vote ACT/NZF gets traction.
Imagine how much more crazy a second term of National/ACT/NZF could get?

Lets all just try a few of the simple, same old things to achieve different results.
#1 Mandate the bloody vote. OUR vote. You MUST vote. WE, must vote. #2 Lets return to a simple, logically efficient first-past-the-post vote process. The reason I argue for that is because WE are the politics of OUR societies and first past the post is a simple and efficient means of best management by us and for us to express our rights and privileges. There’s great beauty in simplicity. NOT trying to rely on a ghastly cabal of greedy narcissistic losers the likes of which we’ve had to endure since the wee roger swindled us with the idea of Thatcherism aka neoliberalism.
I see sleazemore and baldylocks are reportedly bickering as reported on rnz. Bullshit they are. We’re being played and RNZ’s complicit.
They’re further up each other than a proctologists index finger. Soon, Clusterfuckson will have his fresh resume` so he’ll be off to the private sector to use his prime ministerial experience to quadruple his annual salary within the private sector and wee mouse-face will have unlimited power to sell us to whomever he’ll certainly be in conversations with. I mean for Christs sake, he, luxon, admitted as much earlier on. Our agricultural primary industry, in the broadest context, is in crisis, our four main banksters are now australian owned and Australia’s our agri-primary industry competitors and our public support infrastructure’s been gutted like a fish then sold off and is now so broke or so damaged we must wait for months for a hospital bed where we once had a public health infrastructure the envy of the world. I can see that, but why can’t you lot who come here to express your valuable opinions and you other lot who’ve given us this space to write and be represented. Is someone slipping something into our coco? Is there something deeply dark and dangerous going on? Are we unknowingly floundering in a psy-ops soup? We’ve got this beautiful, safe and almost unimaginably productive country and yet all we normal people can do efficiently is panic while our wealth oriented practitioners of greed pretend to be governing as we should expect but instead have their expensive shoes on our necks. For example, homelessness in a rich and beautiful country such as ours is as graphic an indication of there being *something desperately ‘wrong’ with our governance.
* Of course, that, ‘something’ is us. We’re failing to act. The Nouveau riche, via neoliberalism, has persuaded us to shrug then meander off while mumbling instead of standing and fighting then demanding public inquiries.
Unless this current CoC sort out their in-fighting, they are not fit to govern NZ! We all must know by now that Hipkins is an honourable man but still needs to fight fire with fire re overhangs. That’s how ACT got in. Luxon is increasingly looking like he is shutting down and should be grateful that he has lasted this long after his abysmal display. He is simply NOT PM material whereas Hipkins is! And the Right have no one who is capable of being their PM!
Could we have 3 PMs. A year each. Or could we have a minority government with Top sitting in the middle of everything giving a yes/no to all legislation. I dont think egos on any side would tolerate that
