TDB told you National would by guttered by their overhang – how Helen Clark could save Labour in Mt Albert

I love how long it has taken the mainstream media to catch up with the Overhang argument TDB has been pointing out for 3 months…
Up to four high-ranking National Party ministers could be out of Parliament on election day because of an unusual political phenomenon.
Finance Minister Nicola Willis would not retain her seat because she is running list-only and National would bring in no list MPs, Stuff’s Poll of Pollsshows.
Stuff
…Folks, you can either read it here first or wait for the mainstream media not catch up and read it in them second.
Look.
We have already canvassed all this and are focused on the outcome.
This election is an existential one for the Left.
Luxon was incapable of controlling NZF and ACT when they were 6% and 8%, how will he control them when they are in double digits and he has half the muscle in his Cabinet removed by National’s overhang!
Luxon will attempt to control them from a. far weaker position with zero leverage!
It makes his ruling out of TOP insane.
With so much at stake, Helen Clarke could save Labour by burning Labour.
All she has to do is have a coffee with Qiulae Wong in a cafe a week before the election and have the media turn up in the time honoured Key/Banks nod and a wink.

It would be a nod to Mt Albert to abandon Helen White and candidate vote Q to ensure TOP enter Parliament with a favour owed to Labour.
If a weakened National and empowered ACT and NZF regain power, expect 3 times the crazy and 5 times the social carnage.
Time to have that coffee.

TPM are the only ones trying to be clever with voting but I think it will turn on them and give the Right a stick to beat re the ending of the Maori seats . I admit I do not see the reason for having these special seats as there are plenty of competent Maori in parliament now . The TPM group are an embarrassment to those that founded the Party
Do you even know who founded TPM? Cause if you did you wouldn’t say that Trevor.
The ‘Fab Four’, none of whom would be missed, especially Goldsmith! Because the HRW voters have been told conflicting voting info by Key, the Mowbrays, Brash, Peters et al, some will be so confused and may actually tick the wrong box! To copy, TPM, which was so small it was simple to apply, is a huge risk and will clearly end in a mess, or horrifically increase the voting of Act and NZF – Be Careful What you Wish for! I see Jack Tame still can’t pin Luxon down for an interview – that speaks volumes! Bring on the debates.
