New Zealand First has pledged to restrict Superannuation to citizens only from 2029 if elected.
Leader Winston Peters, announcing the policy at a public meeting in Hamilton on Sunday, said many had raised concerns about the affordability of Superannuation.

…this after he has threatened to strip mud bloods of their voting rights and will only give baby bonuses to pure bloods.
This blaming of the other is pure Trumpian tactics, disenfranchising 700 000 permanent residents of their right to vote, stripping them of Super and paying baby bonuses only to pure bloods is a recipe for a level of civil fracturing the Right are not prepared for.

I’ve been living in New Zealand for about 68 years. For 50 or more of those years I’ve been paying taxes. I found out I wasn’t a New Zealand citizen reasonably late in life. Personally I think I’m owed the superannuation. Yet another reason not to vote for that fuckwit Winston.
