Luxon has shown his old Winston weakness, not his new Stuart Nash strength
One of the enormous turn offs of our Prime Minister is his breathless avoidance of any conflict with Seymour or Winston.
It looks cowardly and has allowed an enormous amount of socially divisive culture war revenge fantasies to carve out societal collateral damage.
His butching up to rule out Stuart Nash (after rumours were circulating that he was already going) looked surprisingly tough for someone who has had all the backbone of a jelly fish.
And then Winston Peters, the Foreign Minister, starts a diplomatic fight with our largest trading partner to justify being racist to a Green MP.
Where is Luxon on that?
Come on!
This is way off the charts in openly damaging NZs diplomatic relationship with China over a racist rant in Parliament.
Luxon has no choice but to sack Winston as Foreign Minister!
He can’t be the Foreign Minister after what he said. It is untenable and diplomatically embarrassing, and it follows inflammatory comments about the Indian Free Trade Deal.
Of course, if Luxon sacked him, it would spark a snap election.
How can they last until November?
After a glimpse of Stuart Nash strength, it’s the same old Winston weakness.

Our spineless PM, is at it again, desperate to slither out of the limelight this time or find a hole in the ground in which to hide. But it’s way too late, the bridges have all been firmly burnt down and it’s now “every man for himself” with this CoC! How anyone can even contemplate voting Right this coming election, is staggeringly unbelievable! Even with the election so close National, NZF and ACT can’t stop the in-fighting – it’s become a horrible side show they can’t control! I know many readers are sick of my SAME comments but when they are still not hitting home with the RW voters/enablers, you have to wonder what exactly is taking up the space in their heads – certainly not any brain matter! Of course Winston should have been sacked as Foreign Minister, but again, Luxon doesn’t have the b&lls to do it! Please end this clown show now!
Luxon could grow a set and call an early election at the end of the month .Afterall parliament shuts in a week or so ,so why not get it over and done with .
