Despite calling for a boycott, Julie Anne Genter and Craig Renney shamefully allowed themselves to be performative cosplay for Taxpayers’ Union by appearing at their debate last night with former Labour Party MP accused of bullying, Anna Lorck and Libertarian ‘free speech champion’ Damien Grant.

By appearing they both shamefully gave Taxpayers’ Union the legitimacy they seek DESPITE all the bad faith lies the fake Union has spread.

Shameful.

The reality for Wellington Bays, as TDBs MMP strategic voting guide has pointed out, is that progressive voters are best to candidate vote Renney because Genter will get in on the Party list and Renney represents the real Left of the Labour Party.

The Daily Blog will now reach out to Green, TOP, Labour TPM candidates in West Coast-Tasman to boycott Taxpayers’ Union faux debates and we will continue weekly to call for Left wing candidates to stop giving Taxpayers’ Union legitimacy.
