Oh wait do they represent 1000 people? Or 10% of the industry? Perhaps they can demonstrate a public interest case?? 

Maybe they do not, as engagement in this process precludes the industrial action strategm that they are so enamoured of... Meanwhile they continue filling their members ears with promises they cannot keep.]]></description>
