					<description><![CDATA[Here&#039;s the thing...core benefits that included children were raised at higher percentages each year.  This means that core benefits that include children, deserving though they are, end up better off than long term disabled beneficiaries.  

It&#039;s not a matter of either being more deserving.  Just thought I&#039;d use this handy dandy comment box to put in the good word for disabled.  Thanks.]]></description>
