After mutilating economy, Willis accuses Labour of fiscal fraud

‘Making up lies’: Labour hits back at Nicola Willis allegation of $18.8b ‘hidden bill’
National’s finance spokeswoman, Nicola Willis, has repeated her claim that Labour has a “hidden bill” of unfunded promises and today updated her figures to allege the bill now amounts to $18.8 billion.
She said it would amount to about $2263 in additional tax per household per year.
Willis first made the claim of a “hidden bill” earlier this year, but the numbers released today were updated to include promises Labour has made since.
Labour has not denied the promises and has repeatedly said it will set out how to pay for them in its forthcoming fiscal plan. The party’s finance spokeswoman, Barbara Edmonds, told the Herald that National was “making up lies to distract Kiwis”.
“Nicola Willis needs to put the calculator down. The bill doesn’t exist, and plucking numbers out of thin air won’t fix the economy. She should know this by now.

It’s a bit rich after mutilating the economy to accuse Labour of ‘fiscal fraud’!
After vandalising the economy all Willis will manage is make a surplus in 3 years time!
That will make the homeless and those in poverty jump with joy that Nicola will make her debt ratio by the end of the decade.
Cough…

…I just don’t think National who cancelled the ferries and have handed out corporate welfare to their donors is in any position to lecture while unemployment spikes and beneficiary numbers explode.
Watching Chippy smack Hosking down for the lies was glorious…

Willis is an ‘airhead’ and not fit for purpose. She makes scurrilous, unsubstantiated claims against Labour to distract and attempt to conceal her mis-management of NZ’s economy over the past three years. She began her tenure by spitefully cancelling Labour’s ferry deal, which would have been up and running by NOW, not in another FOUR YEARS, incurring a huge ‘cancellation fee’ for NZ’s taxpayers of $671m, and that doesn’t include the replacement of ‘lower grade’ ferries! So anyone who takes her comments seriously is showing their abysmal lack of fiscal knowledge. Martyn points out. “After vandalising the economy all Willis will manage is make a surplus in 3 years time!” Whoopi doo that is so worth waiting for – Not! How can one party have so many corrupt and “low grade” MP’s and let’s not get into the calibre of their PM. The reason is clear, they are in there for ‘themselves’ and their ‘egos’. Whereas the other parties have passionate MP’s who are in there for NZ and its people. So clear to see if you still don’t have your head burried in the sand!
Most people worked out long ago that Nikki- No- Boats Willi was hopeless at econ
omics….She immediately went into Borrow Spend and Hope mod
e…typical National Party.
Borrowing billions for tax cuts to people who spent most
of it on The Gold Coast, Raro or Fiji.
Being a spoilt indulged silverspooner she had no clue as to what a
fantastic deal looked like and so created a massive clusterfuck by cancelling the Hyundai ferry contract without having a clue as to what she was going to replace it with or for how much.
Having no knowledge of contract law, and not bothering to consult , shel anded the hardworking taxpayers of N.Z.a hrrendous $ 640 million fine….What an absolute waste of money..squandered…down the gurgler.
In any company… she would have been fired immediately….but here she is….still there…still taliking garbage…still taling herself up….
Luxon….demonstrating his delusional ineptitude once again….stated that she is N.Zs greated Finance Minister …ever.
She continues to demonstrate thar lack of ability on a daily basis
