PSNA says government must oppose Trump ethnic cleansing of Gaza

The Palestinian Solidarity Network Aotearoa says Palestinians in Gaza should be allowed to return to their original homes in Israel – instead of being permanently forced out of Gaza to Jordan and Egypt under US President Trump’s expulsion plan.

PSNA Chair John Minto says the Trump plan, which has just been agreed with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu in Washington, is rewarding Israel for its genocidal destruction of Gaza.

“The whole Israel plan was to make Gaza unliveable by bombing it to smithereens over the past year. Israel has failed to drive the Palestinians out, and so now Israel has passed the depopulation job for two million people, onto the United States.”

“But 80 percent of them are already refugees from Israeli ethnic cleansing in 1948. Under International Law they are entitled to head the other way – back to their real homes in Jerusalem, Haifa, Ashkelon and other towns and cities in what is now Israel.”

“Every year the General Assembly of the United Nations votes to demand Israel allow the families of the Palestinians forced out of Palestine in 1948 to return to their homes and be paid compensation.”

“New Zealand votes for this resolution.  Our nation’s official policy for years has been to affirm the right of Palestinians to return to their original homes in Palestine.”

Minto says this view is a long-standing world consensus.

“I’ve just seen a statement by former Saudi Arabian diplomat Prince Turki al Faisal.  He is saying exactly the same thing.  Most Palestinians are only in Gaza because of western complicity in allowing Israel to drive them there. They must be allowed to go back.”

“Our Foreign Minister should immediately stand by government policy and clearly and publicly tell Donald Trump that his Palestinian expulsion plan is not a humanitarian gesture, but a cynical war crime designed to do more dirty work for Israel and more than likely set up a resort development opportunity for his son-in-law Jared Kushner.”

  1. John – Without the USA support – Gaza might never recover. due to Hamas’s madness. My big concern is the USA has a rough track record within the Middle East.

        • What are you on Nathan. October 7th did not determine the level of response by the Israeli Administration which was completely beyond proportionate. They have shown themselves to be infinitely more feral than Hamas which is quite an accomplishment. By the way Oct 7th was how many years in the making? Years of unwarranted incarceration, theft of land, and actual Israeli funding of Hamas had nothing to do with it?

          • Wheel – How do you know this Wheel? Do you have a direct line to the Israeli Administration?
Hamas decided to commit suicide, and take as many Gazans with them…never forget that.

              • Wheel – Let’s be honest…Hamas would be only too happy to wipe out all Israelis, including Arab Israelis… Israel has shown some restraint…unfortunately, Hamas decided to hide amongst the population and store – fire weapons in sensitive areas such as schools, camps, and hospitals.

            • Of course they did but Wheel who has never been anywhere doesn’t understand and never will.People don’t know what they don’t know.
On their behalf I offer a plea of ignorance.

  2. This is a great solution, move (force) the idiot Hamas voters into neighbouring Muslim countries and they will live a much better life than they have ever had, which was constant fear and oppression from under the jackboot of the Hamas terrorists.
Ahhhh Trump you’ve done it again….the man is a genius.
Make it so #1, warp factor 10! Sweeeeet

    • Prove they are Hamas voters. When is the last time they had an election and what is the average age of those being slaughtered? If only you had a clue about anything.

          • We all know that a vote at the ballot box is not the only measure of support that any faction can rely upon. Those who were too young to vote have shown their allegiance to Hamas in many other ways besides balloting. In fact they need never vote again once their chosen ideology is deeply embedded in the culture. Their parents who did vote have unerringly veered their offspring into training with armaments and there use to throw off the yoke of the Jews. Witness the supposed (if they can be trusted) untick in new recruits into the Hamas ranks – Ok, they didn’t vote for Hamas but they sure as heck support them with their very lives. What a total waste of a generation.

            • Bob the first – True. My visits to the Middle East educated me on how things worked…such as Palestinian Arabs are great people, BUT when they mention Jews and/or Israel – a switch goes off in their brain, and pure hate spills out.

        • If the USA offers to take in the huddled masses of migrant Palestinians from Gaza, then I’m open to having Trumps option on the table. But to call a spade a spade, it would be a landgrab, just like Putin’s plans in Ukraine, this would be the same.
Many christians voted Trump, so this would be a chance for them re-home kainanites from the land of their biblical roots. I’m sure Ted Cruise would take in a few. Afterall, the West did try to eradicate them for a century during the crusades.
Or you could get Egypt to take them in, but then where would Egypt put them…wait a minute, there’s a whole lot of rubble filled land in Gaza that’s just sitting there. So a second option could be to cede Gaza to Egypt, which has a peace treaty with Israel, would be a solution that could bring long lasting peace.
But I’d bet my bottom dollar that Isreal would be against it, against long lasting peace, because they want the land minus the inhabitants, so a compromise might be ceding the bottom two thirds of Gaza to Egypt, and for the US to fund rebuilding, since they funded the demolition. Then its just a matter of tying up the loose ends, such as getting Netanyahu to the Hague.

          • No the Israelis don’t mind the Arabs being there as long as they don’t have weapons. Although it sounds a good idea for Egypt to take the bottom two thirds, it’s them that were moving weapons into Gaza in the first place. Some peace partners they turned out to be.

    • Shiite for brains. Ask a Jew how long did the kingdoms of Israel/Judea survive for? and all you will get is um, ah. (Less than 500 years) Oy vey, antisemitism.
Ask a geneticist who shares more DNA with the ancient Hebrews? and you will get the Palestinians time and time again. It’s proven facts.
Like all idiots you confuse Islam with who was there first. Take away Islam and what you are left with is Palestinians who are the rightful owners of the land.

    • Now that all the Palestinians building assets have been turned to rubble and worth nothing Trump wants to swoop in and do a real estate deal and get their land and offshore gas.

Here’s an idea in exchange the Palestinians could all be given freehold houses in New York and Washington.

  3. Why not just give back stolen land and move the people who stole it. Move the Israelis to the US and Europe. Thats probably where most of them actually come from.

  4. 287 Palestinians under one years old, youngest being 3 day old twins and yet we get the verbal vomit from Israeli “victims”

  5. Trump is onto something here. The new place shall be called Mintonia…or just Mintoland. After all, he spends half his life there fighting the good fight, may as well name it after him.

      • What difference would that make?

I never went to South Africa but I know that 5 million whites trampled on the rights of 25 million blacks.
I have never been to East Timor but I know these people were occupied by Indonesia from 1975 to 1999 and New Zealand went along with this.
I have never been to West Papua but I know that Indonesia invaded West Papua and took it over.
I know that Western Sahara was taken over by Morocco, it belongs to the Sahrawi people of Western Sahara.
I know that the Kurd’s should have a state if their own rather than be constantly harassed by Turkey – they make up up to 20% of the Turkish population, the largest eethnic group in Turkey they live in a mountainous region which also straddles Iraq, Syria, Iran and Armenia. They are the fourth largest ethnic group in the Middle East!

I have not been to Gaza, but I have read widely I suggest you do too or do you just do click bait and social media:

        • Travel as the saying goes “ broadens the mind.”
It’s pathetic to consider a person expert in another country’s politics and history, a country to which they have never been.
They are instead the product of someone else’s literature.

  6. To agree with John Minto and Wheel is rare but Trump makes my skin crawl and most of what he says is mostly pure shit.
I believe Democrats lost due to a poor choice of candidate who have condemned USA and the world to 4 years of this crap. Hopefully he will soon lose interest and go back to his golf.

  7. The film Idiocracy meets the film Mad Max and has an arse baby. Behold Wee orange donald drumpf. ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drumpf )
Fueled by sugar puffs and Brawndo The Drumpf enabled by the god bothering ‘merican moron majority is about to get all gunnie gun-gun and bombie bomb-bomb an’ that dumbasses. So, the ‘mericans want to keep people out while imposing trade restrictions. Great! Perfect opportunity to then fence ‘merica in, ship all israelis there then electrify that fence. Behold! Peace on Earth. Thank me later.

  8. It’s a brilliant move, and if anyone can make it happen, it’s Trump. Israel will reclaim the Strip and have security at last from monsters who have sworn to repeat 7/10 over and over. It was after watching footage of their atrocities that Trump cemented his decision. Bibi and Trump are also discussing annexation of Judea/Samaria, while the IDF is going hard-out there at the moment.

    • It’s everyone else who needs security from your fellow Jews, not the other way round. You’ve no doubt heard the wise saying “the Jew cries out in pain as he strikes you”?

    • Making the lefts head explode is an added bonus Gaby, gotta admire Trump for melting the snowflakes and getting the trans crybabies off their platforms.
And…and, he’s only been in the job less than a month lol

  9. ‘move (force) the idiot Hamas voters into neighbouring Muslim countries ‘ I’m right(wing).
And the neighbouring Muslim countries are going to say’ Oh goody, thanks a heap.’

Years ago, in Israel, an Israeli regular soldier(a major) said to me, ” Israel only exists because of US support and the Arabs willingness to fight each other instead of us.’
‘If the Arabs ever combine then not even the USA can save Israel.’
Here is a perfect chance to undo the peace agreement with Egypt and make enemies of the North African Muslims, The Saudis, The Emirates, Muslim volunteers from as far as Uzbekistan and the Philippines.
Captain Bonespurs has always dreamed of military glory. He may get his chance to fight both a war in the middle east and a civil war at home.
Mexico! get ready to take back, California, Arizonia, New Mexico, Florida, Nevada, Texas!

  10. Benjamin Netanyahu has only agreed to the US taking control of Gaza because he has failed to gain full control himself, through the operations of the IDF.
So Donald Trump has been called in to do the heavy lifting. His first tack will be to try to buy off the Palestinians and their Arab neighbours. If that fails, as it surely will, he will have no choice but to send in US troops. Aerial bombing has gone as far as it can and no further progress can be made in that direction.
How will a US ground invasion of Gaza pan out? That is anyone’s guess, but it is a high stakes gamble which will either make or break the United States as the dominant world power.

  11. ” Gaza might never recover. due to Hamas’s madness ”

Instead of posting illiterate non facts …..educate yourself on the history here. And if you hold the same view then you are truly lost. And not human.

Research the history and then come back with intelligent comments. You will be enlightened ….but then again I suspect you won’t.

    • Mat – How is this NOT Hamas’s fault?
Stop posting smart-arse comments about intelligence, history, and enlightenment, and start posting comments on how to fix it…
