Israel’s ceasefire violations in Gaza continue

Victims:

Israeli Occupation forces, opening fire on people in the northern and eastern outskirts of the Gaza Strip, killed one person and wounded four others. Two more people died from previouslyinflicted wounds and the bodies of nine more, buried under bombsites, have been retrieved. The total number killed in Gaza, since 7 October 2023, is now at least 47,498 and,of those wounded, is more than 111,592. The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza is at least 98 and, that of those injured, is more than 230.

West Bank

Since midnight on 07 October 2023, Occupation forces have been imposing a complete closure around the whole of the West Bank, preventing people (including even permit holders) from entering both Jerusalem City as well as Israel, otherwise than for especiallynegotiated exceptions. Permanent military checkpoints impose severe travel restrictions within the Occupied West Bank.

Israeli Army attacksair strikes 3 killed 2 wounded home invasions: Jenin – Israeli forces continue to storm the city as well as the refugee camp. Two drone-launched airstrikes killed three people: Ahmed Abdel Halim Shaker Al-Saadi (16yearsold), Tamam Muhyi Al-Din Kamel Al-Saadi and Nour Al-Din Nasser Al-Saadi. Two others were wounded: Muhammad Tahir al-Saadi (aged 17) and Ibrahim Abdul Hakim Shaker al-Saadi. The Israeli Army used explosives to demolish three houses while searching others and, in the refugee camp, forced many more families to flee their homes.

Israeli Army attacksair strike 2 killed 3 wounded: Jenin – 21:30, an Israeli drone-launched missile targeted a vehicle in Qabatiya, killing two people, Abdel Hadi Issam Muhammad Kamil (aged 18) and Saleh Muhammad Zakarneh, as well as wounding three others: Diaa Ahmed Omar Saba’neh (aged 15), Jihad Hussam al-Saadi and Ibrahim Khaled Ahmed Nazzal.

Israeli Army attack – 1 killed 1 (child) wounded home invasions: Tulkarem – 14:20, Israeli Occupation forces stormed the city as well as the refugee camp, shooting and killing a resident,Wahid Omar Wahid Madi Sabbagh, and wounding a five-year-old child, Muhammad Samer Muhammad Abu Jamous, while raiding homes in the city. In the refugee camp, Israeli troops also demolished one house, took prisoner five residents and forced other families out of their homes at gunpoint. The Israeli Army continued its siege of the Thabet Governmental and Al-Isra Hospitals.
