Announce protest actions, general chit chat or give your opinion on issues we haven’t covered for the day.

The Editor doesn’t moderate this blog,  3 volunteers do, they are very lenient to provide you a free speech space but if it’s just deranged abuse or putting words in bloggers mouths to have a pointless argument, we don’t bother publishing.

All in all, TDB gives punters a very, very, very wide space to comment in but we won’t bother with out right lies or gleeful malice. We leave that to the Herald comment section.

EDITORS NOTE: – By the way, here’s a list of shit that will get your comment dumped. Sexist abuse, homophobic abuse, racist abuse, anti-muslim abuse, transphobic abuse, Chemtrails, 9/11 truthers, Qanon lunacy, climate deniers, anti-fluoride fanatics, anti-vaxxer lunatics, 5G conspiracy theories, the virus is a bioweapon, some weird Blshit about the UN taking over the world  and ANYONE that links to fucking infowar.

  1. Alastair and Rory – does everyone but me watch and listen to them? (Alastair Campbell and Rory Stewart).
It is shocking to watch these seasoned people talking, discussing, understanding and realise that everything unfolds, is always happening, and still things go on in the shitty way they always have. They really are just (human) race commentators!

    This featuring the ‘fragrant’* one.

Might as well seek irrationality where it lurks (further on ‘fragrant’)….
    * …The smell of corruption could be found out by liberty-loving noses. But the liberty of citizens to make what smells they please and not have the government stick their noses in their business became a useful trope during the 1790s. Incense, on the other hand, became a handy metaphor for flattery, manners, and forms of gendered identity. …

Let’s poll sheep if they think they should have grass to eat. Or perhaps hay if they like as secondary choice as a reasonable substitute? Does that level of consideration about inter-island transport also within-island – does that happen with decsion-makers or did the ‘m’ fall off and they’ve grabbed a replacement out of the ‘f’ bin.

Expect to be questioned why you have fainted across the pavements blocking shop’s entrances in large numbers after having adopted the new austerity economics ‘breatharian’ approach which promulgates one meal every two days and introduced by a gummint, with a hole in its head, as part of their leaner, meaner promotion to smarten up a corpulent public!

Are we stupid paying large emoluments to politicians and these uncivil hangers on that are their advisors or contractors to tell us what we already know; but do we REALLY know rightly?

Why do we bother with education if we aren’t learning how to think, how to make reasoned decisions, how to accept some learnings, and wonder about others and do personal research and not just ask someone we happen to know? What good is our education to us if we just learn to read what’s on our apps and obey! If we don’t sharpen our brains, then they will atrophy. Oh sorry it has already happened. So what now – for those of us who want a cohesive, interactive, respectful, amusing society that works for all at their different levels??
