First look at Auckland being the outlier for rates increases. They are far lower than the average because Simian has allowed them to implement Labours 3 waters by stealth thereby removing any associated cost or revenue from the rates charges.

Do you have children or grandchildren?. If so do you want them to be able to visit museums, library, parks, skateboard parks, bike tracks, play sports on Saturday learn to swim in a public pool with their family and mates, or do you want them to sit at home on their device because their is nothing to do.
Do you want old people to stay at home because they can’t walk to the local park with their dog because the footpath is unsafe or can’t get to the shops because there is no bus service.
Do you want to see dirty streams and rivers because regional Councils have no money for monitoring pollution or clean up programs.
Do you want people to die because there is no funding for civil defense training or upgrading systems to cope with the increased risk to climate change bought about by more cars and trucks and burning of gas and coal because Luxon doesn’t care about people. The Chch convention centre is doing well with 4600 plus partners this September. The stadium will finish on time and on budget and will also be great for the city.
Chch has a great water system worth 2 billion which 3 waters would have taken and control past to unelected board 50 %, made up of Maori.
