Let’s be very clear.

The damage this hard right, racist, climate denying, beneficiary bashing Government is causing will be intergenerational:

  •  Racist attack on local council Māori wards
  • Cancelling Māori Health Authority
  • Manufacturing public health crisis to justify cut backs.
  • Repealing OT legislation forcing interaction with Iwi so they can green lighting a mass new tsunami of uplifts for Social Investment Bog Data investment.
  • Throwing 50 000 beneficiaries off welfare including the disabled and drug addicts.
  • Promising cancer patients 14 new drugs and only funding half of them for twice the price.
  • Cancelling the Ferry’s only to spend more money for less Ferry!
  • Rigging Charter schools
  • Privatisation agenda in social housing
  • Allowing property developers to create urban sprawl ghettos.
  • Giving Chris Bishop, Simeon Brown and Dr Pork Shane Jones the power of Muldoon on meth with the Fast Track Powers!
  • Taking $3billion from climate change funds.
  • Allowing corporate dairy to avoid paying for their pollution.
  • Pushing 17000 kids into poverty to pay for tax cuts we can’t afford.
  • Dumping 3 waters to allow water rates to spike.
  • Military Boot Camps that don’t work.
  • Gutting public transport.
  • Allowing Newshub to fall over so there is less scrutiny of policy.
  • Allowing the donor calls to dictate policy.
  • Bending over backwards for the Tobacco Industry, Mining Industry and Real Estate Pimps
  • Allowing bosses to sack workers and Landlords to kick out renters
  • Getting NZ into Americas latest military adventure in the Red Sea
  • Tough on crime posturing that creates counter productive outcomes
  • Massive cuts to public spending that will become austerity next year.

Meanwhile the planet is melting, cost of living at 5.4% and economy is plunging.

This Government’s anti-Treaty, anti-Māori, anti-worker, anti-renter, anti-environment agenda pushed by far right International Think Tanks must be resisted with every fibre of our being because the very soul of our egalitarianism is at stake now.

This Government’s damage will be intergenerational.

How about we call upon the governor general to initiate a royal commission of inquiry into the legitimacy of the lobbyists and the private wealth manipulating and meddling in our democracy for their personal and enduring wealth creation to say nothing of the blood-sport of it?

  5. Re my previous comment re the crown. I hope to fuck it it’s not because you’re hoping no one will ask the crown to intervene in a corrupt government exploiting us which might then compel the crown to act. Is that it! That’s how the cops sometimes operate. They might ignore someone smoking a joint for example until someone reports the crime so then they must act.
    Most of us now know that our politicians are morally corrupt but how many know about the actual legally compromising corruptions? Please tell me that’s not it?

    And you know deep down its slipped away with every general election and government that was elected in the last 30 years with one slight exception and that was the Clark Cullen government with Jim Anderton’s “Progressives ” after the Alliance collapsed and allowed Helen to call an early election for July 27 2002 and was reelected with an increased percentage of the vote.

    An historic LINO majority in 2020 and in FPP terms the greatest landslide since Savage in 1935 , Kirks in 1972 , and Muldoon’s New Zealand the way YOU want it in 1975.

    A real intergenerational revolution was made available for the managerial , unregulated capitalist’s representatives but when you draw water from the poisoned well of the entitled managerial class then # lets do this marketing is exposed for the Tony Blair third way ambush of working class ideals the party once led the left to fight the enemy that is destroying our wonderful good people who have no one to fight or represent them.

    • I missed the 1990 landslide vote for the decent society where the Nasty Natz got 48% of the vote that endorsed the next neo liberal revolution and the opening crisis of the BNZ to justify the severe austerity that the NZLP could never sanction.
