The Editor doesn’t moderate this blog, 3 volunteers do, they are very lenient to provide you a free speech space but if it’s just deranged abuse or putting words in bloggers mouths to have a pointless argument, we don’t bother publishing.
All in all, TDB gives punters a very, very, very wide space to comment in but we won’t bother with out right lies or gleeful malice. We leave that to the Herald comment section.
EDITORS NOTE: – By the way, here’s a list of shit that will get your comment dumped. Sexist abuse, homophobic abuse, racist abuse, anti-muslim abuse, transphobic abuse, Chemtrails, 9/11 truthers, Qanon lunacy, climate deniers, anti-fluoride fanatics, anti-vaxxer lunatics, 5G conspiracy theories, the virus is a bioweapon, some weird bullshit about the UN taking over the world and ANYONE that links to fucking infowar.
This needs fixing now.
The number of innocent people being held in remand (prison) up nearly 100%
At more than $150,000 to house each prisoner per year. Over 2000 people equates to over $300 million a year.
Further, the amount of time they’re held in custody has also increased.
And no compensation paid out to those wrongly locked up.

Can we really afford to go green?
$90 a tonne could add 6 percent to electricity, according to a Treasury paper.
It will also impact the price of petrol and food.
$70 to $150 a tone has been touted as being necessary to encourage investment in new technologies

If we had a real government-run country this sort of debacle would be business as usual, what can you expect from this dopey gummint, no planning, thrird (third) world etc.

But we have the finest sharp minds in business from world-wide – shame that they are cutting us to ribbons, julienned, in small slices, etc.

It would be cheaper to present a lapsed PM with a small jet as going-away, far-away present. who showed failure within 6 months of election than suffer the debacle of the rich and hungry, smug and complacent, educated but illiterate, religious but disliking most of man, woman – kind and with little kindness at all to mired dairy cows, permanently caged pigs, lame dogs, blind cats, shipfuls of cattle or sheep, caged chickens etc.
Eddication – that’s tapping on keys and looking at pictures or running round with balls for male and female too.
All we need to know about eddication.

And we’re open for the USA to come here and sell us some good education plans like they’ve got. So worthy and clever; take us into the future, walking backwards too. Some schools have even adopted as their motto the Ginger Rogers quote e&oe:
“Fred Astaire was great, but don’t forget that Ginger Rogers [dancing partner] did everything he did, backwards … and in high heels.”
