“Under the cooperation agreement, the parties have agreed to work together to consider, negotiate and implement the potential acquisition by Oceania and the Sixth Street Entities … of all or a substantial part of the shares or PPH’s assets and business by way of a scheme of arrangement,” it said in a statement.
Pushpay, once a hot tech stock on the New Zealand stock exchange, has a market value of about $1.4 billion, although its core business, church donations in the US, has been affected by Covid and the emergence of rivals.
Investment analysts have speculated a price tag of up to $2b for the company.

And the little fish get eaten by bigger fish – get eaten by bigger fish and so ad infinitum or what?
It seems that only a world depression will decimate these ravening hordes infected by neo liberalism and ordinary people run around with understanding similar to ants, caught up in their duties or routines, all unknowing and uncomprehending. Where do our potentially satisfying lives occur, built with our own hands and efforts in a busy market place wanting our input and products? We fade and die like plants overshadowed in this world of giants growing and swelling where they conquer for their own ends. Ants don’t comprehend that they run up and down Mt Everest perhaps every day. Do we understand the worth and value of our own lives, just the wonder of having a life, being a being? What makes us so good – us pinball wizards?? Can we play the game and win, learn new moves, be real individuals not just part of the machine?
    He stands like a statue
    Becomes part of the machine
    Feeling all the bumpers
    Always playing clean
    He plays by intuition
    The digit counters fall
That deaf, dumb and blind kid
    Sure plays a mean pinball

Auckland liquor importer Ace Health Limited has been fined $151,200 after it attempted to sell thousands of bottles with altered labels.
The company along with managers Bosheng Wang and Zhimin You pleaded guilty in the Auckland District Court to seven charges under the Food Act for supplying spirits that had their lot codes tampered with.

They called themselves Ace Health. How cynical. Why did government expose citizens to these sharks? Chinese ones, Indian ones, also from European countries including UK. We managed to rise up against the UK yobs and get them out, but we were taken down by a shape-changing, name-changing UK woman who took gummint to the cleaners, went back to Brit, changed her name and started again. We are graded in the world by OECD? as one or the easiest to start up a business. Is that good?

Has someone already started up in competition with our beloved government? Can we be more discriminating (say dissing the crims and hating them). Let’s have some big doses of discrimination against lying and thieving and self-serving foreigners also NZs conning their way around the country, ripping us off. They leave us poorer than already after government has deliberately lowered our incomes – to be more competitive with poorer countries. And does hypocritical things, decides not to send mutton flaps to the Islands because that fatty food is bad for their health, but allows true inflation to soar in NZ and is uncaring about malnutrition right here. We could cook those mutton flaps up with thyme and a preboil to get the fat off, and have nourishing meals ourselves as needed here.

Government is so full of fine sentiment and show, but a leaky House with all the problems that come with poor construction of procedure, outlook and values, and commitment. None to the people and the whole country, just to the Parties; and ther supporters; not nz first, but ‘us’ first; customarily gnomic; motto ‘Never mind the Quality, feel the Width’.
